I had hearing aids that cost a few thousand dollars and one ended up missing. I saw these while reading an article online and liked the story and figured I'd give them a try. I am happy I did. They arrived and I began using them immediately. The sound was clear and I only had the volume up about 1/4. I had some trouble getting them to fit into my ears and stay there well, but eventually got a good spot where they held firmly. It just took some time finding the best way to insert them. They were working great until the one stopped working. I emailed customer service and they responded within a few hours stating they have processed a replacement pair and also a shipping label to return the defective one so they can research the cause to avoid a future incident with anyone else. The replacement was sent within 1 day and is on its way. I am excited to receive them and hear clearly again. This company exhibits what customer service should be and I will tell everyone about these hearing aids. Thanks again.

Audien Hearing Is Amazing for many reasons. Audien Hearing has superior customer service. Audien Hearing Aids are the very best, I have been wearing hearing aids for a very long time. I have tried the biggest brand name companies and I have paid the biggest amount of prices for hearing aids that just simply do not hold up over time. Audien Hearing Is a keeper for me from now on because I have truly tried everything and finally I have found and tried the Audien Hearing Aids that really work very well and the Audien Hearing Aid Company is a brand that I can trust.

Still getting used to my Atom Pro 2 hearing aids as I got them delivered less than a week ago and was having difficulty using one of the functions. Sent an email and less than 24 hours received a response. Great customer service!!!

Charmaine of customer support was outstanding in response time and helpful, pleasant information. Finally, seeking to do something to alleviate hearing challenges with Audien being the result has been so encouraging. While I did try their smaller, in ear options, the result, while good for augmenting hearing, made retention unfulfilling. Having tried other OTC devices before Audien the Ion has done it all- even offsetting vanity.

Audien customer service has been nothing less than fabulous!! If we have questions, they respond so quickly and patiently. My husband tried another brand at one point and decided to come back to Audien. He is using the Pro2 and says the sound quality is more realistic than any other product he has tried. I have been using Audien Hearing Aids for about 3 years. I could not function without them. Conventional aids are so expensive and not affordable for the average person. I am so happy with mine. I recommend buying the insurance as electronics do often fail and the insurance really comes in handy if you have one that stops working or lose one and need replacements (in which case there is a co-pay). Customer service has been excellent. With poor hearing you miss so much and it is truly isolating. If you can't hear well, order these today! You will be glad you did!

So happy that I invested In. Adam pro 2.The size is great now.I can watch TV at 8 instead of a 32 or more. They don't maneuver too much in canal and love that usually can adjust volume at any time. This company has been so forth coming in helping its consumers and fb page is phenomenal. Thank you. Price is great. Ins is reasonable too.

I received my aids in a timely manner and since I'm used to wearing CIC aids I had no trouble getting used to them. I discovered about a week or so into use that the volume worked perfectly, the listening adjustment did not work in one of them. Audien was very quick to respond and instead of replacing one they are sending me a new set and I will return my original set. I have found with these hearing conversations in a noisy restaurant is greatly improved which has been my biggest difficulty. I would certainly recommend Audien!
