I ordered the ear buds and they didn't fit right so shared that on their Facebook page and I was contacted via email and they sent me the hearing aids that fit and I love them it was at a lower cost which was a plus. Thank you so much for fast polite service.

On my third try with this hearing aide, first two wouldn't recharge and the third pro squealed almost constantly.

I have a set of $5,000 programable hearing aids that started with the letter B. I tried using them many times, but the hard plastic that went into my ear canals was very painful after wearing them for just a few hrs. My new Audien Atom 2 Pro units are soft tipped. I like the fact that I can adjust them to my environmental needs. I love them for the convenience of having the batteries rechargeable.
