Everyone I have chatted with or text has been extremely helpful and kind, upon receiving my atom pro 2 , one of them doesn't charge or come on at all, the other one beeps Andis very noisy no matter what I try to do to set it , it will start beeping it is annoying, I like your product the people are terrific, I have been trying to get these sent back ,for you to fix or replace for days I get no response, please contact me ty

I received tha atom 2 pro. It made noise every 2 second no matter how I adjust the volume, environmental setting and changed different domes. After a week and half I called support and try to return for a refund but Mr. Alfares said he will send me the ION model for me to try and I am waiting for it Long S Hsu

This company was a delight to work with from start to finish. The first device I ordered didn't work for me because of the size. I feel like Jean became my personal champion. She patiently offered me options and support. She was just an e-mail away. I highly recommend giving Audien a chance.

I couldn’t be more happier from the minute I tried it on. It’s crystal clear with no noise around, and it fits perfectly behind my ear unnoticed by others, The charging box is compact and neat, I wear it all day long until shower time and bedtime. ( when I put it in the charging box) It’s become my routine now, even before my cellular phone at present. The ION hearing aids from Audien, along with their superb customer service team, are the best, I highly recommend them. To be honest, when I saw the ad on Facebook, I thought it was another scam, But after spending over thousands on my first hearing aids that didn’t work for me , I decided to give Audien a try plus, the price was so affordable. I have learned my lesson and will stick with Audien hearing aids to regain my confidence, no one has to repeat themselves to me anymore, and i don’t want my family and friends to get frustrated with me.
