Second pair. Bought first for partner and they were well received. I use over the ear aids now but have difficulty keeping them on working around farm. So 2nd pair are mine and hope they will work well and stay put. I have been impressed with the interest and willingness to help with setup and use.

I have recently purchased the Audien Ion Pro hearing aids. I am just trying to get them adjusted and all. The right one stopped connecting via bluetooth to the app on my phone. Since that is the reason I opted for the Pro (the app), I need that to work. I got a ticket number via email and tried their turning off and back on solution, but it still won't connect. I just need some advice from Audien. 1/7/25 update: I just followed the instructions included in the FAQ sent to me by Carla. The uninstall for the app and accepting all permissions seems to have solved the connection problem with the right hearing aid. There are also other useful tips included in that FAQ. Thanks, Carla.

These are great hearing aids: well designed, good quality and enhances your life. The company videos are helpful, but if you need to reach out to Audien, they are quick to respond and helpful.

I have been looking at OTC hearing aids for the last couple of years. I was told by an audiologist a year or two ago that I was experiencing moderate hearing loss, mostly in the higher frequency range. I have been following the OTC market since my diagnosis. I was not keen on going the prescription route as that was too rich for my blood. When the new Apple Airpod Pros came out, I broke down and tried them as they were very reasonably priced and had all the user friendly features I was seeking. However, after a couple of weeks of constant use, I gave up on them as the in ear choice was not good for me. The hearing improvement was good, but I hated the in ear experience. I always was nervous about them falling out and getting lost even after going through their fitting process. So I decided to try Audien's Ion Pro behind the ear option. I am so much more at ease wearing them. They are not obvious at all when wearing them and there is zero concern about them falling out! I am very satisfied with the iPhone App that is used to control them. The only issue that I ran into that was a bit annoying was that I found the battery life to be a bit short. However, when I contacted customer support about the issue they got back to me within minutes with a good way to handle the issue. If I disconnect from Bluetooth when I do not need to be connected, the battery life is just fine. I am able to wear them all day without charging. I am now just more conscious of the amount of streaming that I do with them. My only other issue is finding the right volume level to set them to. I am still experimenting with that and probably will be figuring that out for a bit as different situations need different volume levels. Other than those two issues, These hearing aids are awesome!! I am very impressed with these otc hearing aids as I highly recommend them. I have been trying to buy such hearing aids for years as I cant afford traditional hearings aids at all spending such $3000.00 to $5000.00 as I have ben wearing hearing since age 8 and now 55 as these are by far the best and now they also have them available inside your local Walmart stores by the pharmacy for immediate purchase

I ordered a pair of the pro 2 just before Christmas, and I told my wife merry Christmas. When I have the TV on without my Atoms in, and then pit them in, my poor wife was dealing with the TV blasting. I didn't know i was so deaf. Lol. I'm hearing something new everyday.
