My initial order from Audien for Pro 2 didn’t work well. They voluntarily replaced with Ion BTE set. Very pleased.

got my pro 2 from another company. one ear piece started beeping within 10 minutes after taking it out of the case. talked to customer service and they sent me a label to return them and they sent me a new pair. so far they both work just fine. very good customer service friendly, helpful, and fast

Am still unable to insert the apparatus without changing all the settings. Nothing but clicks & whoops during insertion. Have never found a comfortable "placement" in the ear, no matter how much fiddling for position I do. Have stopped trying & will look for something better. Not recommended!

For 3 days i have been trying to get in touch by email phone and portal. This product is not working correctly for me. I have tried everything and still get whistling and still can hardly hear anyone i talk to. I want to send back before my 45 days trial period is up to get my refund. I also did not get a cleaning brush with my set but got 2 packs of the ear domes instead. I have cleaned switched domes and still no better. Not satisfied at all and highly recommend some research before doing business with this company

Don't expect a refund. Impossible to connect for such. Screeching so loud, an audiologist said to STOP. Unresponsive to assistance when requesting a refund.

I purchased Audien hearing aids through another company. Unfortunately one of my hearing aids fell into water. I contacted Audien and they allowed me to purchase a protection plan to be able to get new hearing aids. After paying the protection plan price and the minimal cost of replacement hearing aids I received the new ones. Every email was answered promptly and and courteously. I would recommend Audien for their service and quality of hearing aids.
