I a m still trying to get used to the hearing aids. Wearing the few hours at a time. I did have a lot of feedback but that was due to my ear being smaller- we got the smallest ear buds and what a world of difference! That you for working with me!

The CSR, Venz, was a really good salesperson. He was professional, persistent but not pushy. I am hoping the aids live up to his standard.

I have been contacting Auden Hearing every day since 6/3--Each time I get different updates and misinformation about who the delivery carrier is. One said USPS and other people said DHL. Auden sent me a link to the delivery confirmation. I'm being scammed. Edit: They did arrive. I will revise this post after trying them. Update: I increased the number of stars because the people who work at Aduen Hearing have been very nice to me since I received the order; I have tried all their suggestions and have watched all the available videos and have decided to stick with the prescription hearing aids I have from Hear USA: they are just more comfortable and have less ambient noise. I just want a refund. For the price, I don't want to dissuade anyone from trying their hearing aids. I'm a C5 quadriplegic and my old, very costly Hear USA hearing aids are easier for me to work.

NO STARS. They are not good hearing aids, and the company will make you jump through hoops to get a refund. First of all, good luck getting them to respond. We had to file a complaint with the BBB to finally get them to send us a return label. I finally returned them, and now it is taking forever for them to issue our refund. They have the hearing aids, I received confirmation of that by tracking my shipment through USPS. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

I did not have a good experience. They beeped and whistled 24/7. Very obnoxious. They have been returned for exchange which i hope will result in a good experience.

Waste of money and time.Purchased the Atom 2 models and went through the entire package of of wax guards and earpieces before I was finally able to stop the incessant high pitched squealling in both ears. I them placed an order for more assesories and after waiting two weeks and still not receiving them I decided to send return request to return the aids for refund.After a few days I received a call from a customer rep and relaying my entire experience she apologized numerous times and offered to resend my assessory order, but considering my experience with the handling of the first order I declined and requested the complete return of my purchase.I had a very bad experience all around and would definitely NOT recommend this company.

After wearing hearing aids for three years, not sure how it happened, I lost one while wearing it? The company I purchased from refused to sell me only one. I was looking for alternatives and Audien Hearing had a good rating so I tried the Atom Pro 2. After wearing them for a week, although they were comfortable, the hearing quality was no where near what I had prior. Almost every time I turned or tilted my head, they would squeal and certain type noise a distance away were so amplified that it made it almost impossible to carry on a conversation. After 3 weeks of trying to return them, I was finally able to receive a telephone call back. While trying to be convinced to try another model, I was finally given permission to return them for a full refund. So after some patience, the first impression I was getting of Audien Hearing, turned to a caring company with great customer service and they even covered the return postage.

I ordered hearing aids and paid for them. My checking account shows they took the money. They did not send me a receipt or confirmation of order. I contacted them three times via email over the past two days since I placed the order. I got no response from them. Today a person named Matt got back to me and suggested I make an appointment with a hearing specialist to discuss the issue. I don't want an appointment. I want them to go into the records, find my order, and give me an update. I am very frustrated with them. I don't have money to loose. I am upgrading the preview to a 2. Theoretically, as a result of much prodding my hearing aids have been shipped and will arrive on Monday
