I purchased this hearing aid at the recommendation of a friend who told me that they were "just as good" as the more expensive hearing aids. I then tried the "more expensive" hearing aids (which were Very Much More Expensive). For my individual situation, I clearly needed the more expensive assistive device. As soon as I receive my Audien device, I received an email inviting me to a zoom call. I participated and found it to be very helpful. Charissa, the agent followed up via email. All was very clear and helpful, and emails were answered promptly. I emailed back after I determined that the Audien unit did not meet my individual requirements and Charissa walked me through the return process and created a USPS label for me to return the unit. I will place it in the mail and hope to receive a full refund via my PayPal account - or I will repost. I have found that the customer service provided by Audien is far superior to most other companies I must deal with - even if they choose to not communicate by telephone.

I got the Atom X for my husband. They work great when they work. They just randomly go out with no warning, which started 2 hours from first getting them out of the case. Later they work again. It could be the left or right, or both. Even more frustrating is that they make you do a video call to return or exchange. We ordered a pair of Atom One as a backup pair and my husband found them difficult to adjust the volume, and they constantly squealed. We want to return them, but once again are being forced to have a video call, which isn’t available for 10 days. If you try them, I’d recommend ordering on Amazon so you can quickly and easily return them.

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share this and for explaining what you and your husband have experienced. We understand how frustrating it is to have devices behave inconsistently and to feel delayed when you are simply trying to return or exchange a product that is not working for your needs. This is not the experience we want for you or your husband. We want to make sure your concerns are properly addressed. Your feedback has already been forwarded to our Care Specialist team so they can review the situation and help move this forward. Thank you for being open about your experience. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right and assist you with the next steps. Warm regards, Angel Audien Hearing Team

I called to return my Atom X hearing aides because the left ear wouldn't stay in my ear. She walked me through how to get to fit in my ear canal properly. So I will keep them for now and wait for the smallest ear adapters to arrive before I make the decision to return or not. Thank you!

Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly appreciate your openness to trying the adjustments and giving the hearing aids another chance. Finding the right fit can make a big difference, and the smallest ear adapters should help improve comfort and stability. We are glad our representative was able to walk you through the fitting process. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance while you are testing the new adapters. We are here to support you every step of the way. Warm regards, Angel Audien Hearing Team
