We signed up for TV, phones and Internet. The guys were prompt, professional and FAST! They did take time to help us learn a few things about the new TV remote and made absolute sure everything was working properly before they cleaned up to leave. We've been using this service for 3-4 months now and have been very satisfied.

The service was originally terrible and multiple "repairs" did little to help, but now, the customer service department is giving the issue a priority status and I am pleased and impressed.

The installation technician's were on time an extremely helpful. They left personal numbers in case I had difficulties, which I have never seen with a company. The cable is working great and I have had no problem with the internet. All in all, very satisfied.

Planned on having my Internet set up on a Tuesday, never got turned on because they had the wrong address. When I called to make changes, they told me it would take another week for service. Second time around, I called to confirm that they were gonna come out, they couldnt find any of my information, not through name, address, phone number or confirmation number. I was literally on the phone for 2 hours getting transferred over & over to different departments. I never got any service nor did they ever call to confirm anything. Thats when I decided to go elsewhere.

I love the new AT&T U-Verse service.

We signed up on may 7th. Have had nothing but trouble since day one. Have another tech at the house today and he seems to not know either. This is definitely not a service id recommend to my friends or family
