I love it but the WiFi is acting a lil slow

My experience with this installer was very good. James was courteous, very efficient and knowledgeable. He made me feel as if I was his only concern and that he wanted to provide me with the best service possible. He is definitely an asset to AT&T.

My installation was scheduled for 10-19-15. Somehow AT&T cancelled my appointment. I called and you reschedule my installation for 10-20-15. Chuck and the other service man were very nice. I have to watch my TV for a few days. The picture doesn't look quite as bright or sharp as when In had Cox Cable.

Keith handled the installation deftly and was very courteous and personable. He cleaned up after the work was done and reviewed with me all the essential information regarding my new service with AT&T

We maybe the lucky ones but, our entire process was so easy and quick I was impressed! 1. Ordered online- fast easy and painless 2. New place was not ready had to call the day of install and cancel 3. THey were so nice and friendly and it was handled fast and without any headaches 4. New new place reordered by phone. So easy and quick 5. Installed right on time as planned. Twice as much as we had with TWC for half the cost! 6. Installer was Quick, polite, clean and a pleasure to talk to. 7. He walked us through everything and said to call if there were any issues at all. Had to drop 1 star and the appointment was moved back 1 day (still under 3 days total) because nobody is perfect. Very well done

I'm getting more for my money.
