Much better customer service than other cable companies I have been with. They do try to force you to go into a non-needed contract with GeekSquad (to which they are not even affiliated). Getting out of the contract is difficult and time consuming, and ATT is not helpful with it.

I enjoy uverse and all the channels I receive. If like the price to be below $100 for what I receive but I satisfied. It better than direct tv and time warner cable

Had the service for two weeks.Could never get a signal,phone,computer,TV constantly down.I spent more time trying to reboot than I had using service,I had tehs out here numerous times to no avail.

Even though I believe there was a misunderstanding on my part, my service and charges have been completed. In the beginning I understood that because I was coming back to ATT I would receive a package discount that would apply to my DSL as well as to my phone. Not so as I am now being billed full price for both services. This impacts on my budget and as a retiree I have had to make adjustments that were not planned.

Chris was very friendly and polite the installation took longer than expected due to an old crazy apartment building but he was very good about keeping me informed about what was going on the whole time. Although he took a little while to install, when he was finished he was very thorough about the different products available and all the features. He was very knowledgeable, and the service itself is outstanding. All of which helped me feel confident that I had made the right decision when selecting my internet and cable service provider.

I just got my service installed the other day, ryan the installer was awesome he set everything and before he left he made sure I understood everything

I was really excited when I find out that they would break my installation and modem fees into installation. And I have internet again!
