The Customer Service person was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the U Verse package that I was interested in ordering for my apartment. I would recommend this service to other people at this time.

Rey was able to setup my service quickly without any issues. He was very friendly and was a good example of what AT&T stands for.

The internet has worked great, but I have had difficulty with the TV especially when I am recording too may programs. The system cuts off and has to be unpluged to get it back on. the nit take forever to boot back up. The fast forward/rewind is more difficult than with Dish. Dish provides more programming for the basic service. Some features, as seeing picture of searched channel, are better.

Great customer service so far. Technician (Shane) took a lot of care installing and running the cable so it is not noticeable.

We are opening a new business and decided to go with AT&T to install our land line. With an installation appointment pending, I called AT&T to see if we could get our phone number changed to something other than the one we were assigned. During DAY ONE of this ordeal, I was forwarded from one person to another because no one could locate the account or order # that was provided to me by AT&T in an email. My time was wasted by several people who failed to tell me they were only able to handle residential accounts instead of business accounts and had to transfer me elsewhere - ultimately forwarding me to another residential CSR. When I finally was connected to someone who was able to help, I was left on hold for long stretches of time while phone number availability was checked and I was ultimately disconnected before anything was finalized. The CSR I was talking to (Ryan) gave me his email address so that I could reach him there, but he stopped responding to my emails and left me hanging with no resolution. I gave up on this for the day to attempt to try again tomorrow. DAY TWO was an exact repeat of the day before. Apparently, you have to be initiated into a secret society to be connected to anyone in business accounts? After a couple of hours, I was finally connected with someone who let me know that despite all of the trouble I endured for the past two days that I would not be able to change my number to ANY of the variations I had in mind, so I was forced to keep the one that we were assigned. That's fine - but why wasn't that told to me the previous day to save me hours of time wasted on the phone? Later that same day (Tuesday), we received a call from an installer that he was heading to our shop to install the line even though we had scheduled the appointment for Friday (we hadn't even received the keys to take possession of our property at that time), so I had the pleasure of sitting on hold for a CSR for another 15 minutes which ultimately dropped me the residential queue AGAIN where I had to be transferred to business accounts to reschedule the appointment that AT&T screwed up. At the end of the day, I asked my partner if it was necessary for us to use AT&T at all because my experience so far had been horrific. If we weren't opening a business right now and weren't distracted with countless other issues, we'd very likely be setting up phone service with another provider. If we continue to have issues like this after the line has been installed, that's exactly what we'll do. Not sure why a simple request took over 2 days to answer, why no one could connect me to who I needed to speak with, why I was disconnected and why my request for a new number could not be processed, but this matter took me away from more urgent matters I needed to address and left a bad taste in my mouth. This is precisely why my cell service is and will remain through Verizon.
