Worse Than Comcast
I was expecting a better customer service experience than I had at Comcast but instead all I received was lies and manipulation. When I signed up for Uverse the salesmen took my credit card and signed me up for a service that AT&T does not offer called Frontier Secure. No one at ATT know why he did that but it was theft and fraud yet no one is looking to do anything about it. I was lied to several times in regards to an install date. My first two install dates have come and gone and I still do not have this service. No notes are ever added into the system and I have to explain my situation over each time when I call which is often because again, I still do not have service. The way this has gone I do not believe I am going to move forward with this service because if this is how they treat new customers I can only imagine what happens when you're signed up in a long term contract. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
