Ordered service for my trailer at the lake on Wed May 20 you sent a email with a order number and said I would receive another email with install date I never got that email so I called the number on the first email to find out the status of my service no one there could find anything on my order I wad transferred to 3 different department and still have not got service of heard any thing from ATT .I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE

I am very impressed so far with AT&T - the young man who came out and set up things so I could have internet and a phone line - Derek - was incredible - he had trouble finding my phone line in this new apartment building but did not give up and got it done - had such a calm and kind personality - he was so very much appreciated. To date seems like everyone has been kind - the lady who scheduled me to begin with (can't think of her name) she was incredibly kind and didn't lie that I know of which many people on the phone will do. Thank you so much - hope this great service continues from now on.

Sales person sold me a new package which he said would be working within 24-48 hours. Called 3 days later and was told it would actually be over a week until service was provided. I was also told my service would be expedited the same day. Called the next day and no record of my call or expedition. Lies and deception.

As yet I do not have service.

Was told 18 mbps would be sufficient. However I feel I was lied to. I still have the same issues as I did with Time Warner. I went from 20 mbps (Time Warner) to 18 mbps with at t. I was also told that 18 mbps fiber optic would be like triple the speed of 20 mbps from time warner. The salesman flat out lied. I will be sure to let everyone I know of Deceit use to get business.

Thankfully for me I had my computer man work on the interconnection I had to sign up for the bundle phone and internet, I did not get a modem because when I had signed it was not mentioned so was surprised when I had just received just two cables and a c/d in my welcoming package, And with that along would impossible for me to handle so was very happy to have my computer expert with me now it took him 1 hour for him to hook it up after talking it through with the tech, since I had luckily still had and not dumped my old modem so without that would be without internet. I feel that I was given at the time of signing up various misleading quotes but I have internet now but have to get land a line phone and since I have a one line jack in a very old phone socket which now my modem is using will have try to convert that line into two lines so that I can have now both internet and phone. Because if I just have for a stand along internet will be charged $57 compared to $52 for both. But at the time of signing it was supposed to be $34,95 but the sales office had gotten it all wrong because when I had spoken to the billing dept that sales promotion didn't exist and was no longer honored any more, So in reality I had signed up thinking I was getting that price for the internet only, but that didn't happen because i had been given wrong info, so am now in a bundled deal for the phone and internet. Not happy but have to go with it for now..

I called and ordered internet service only. My install date was scheduled with a two hour window. On the install date, I took off work to meet the installer at the house. He never showed and never called. I called AT&T , the customer service rep explained that since I wasn't home when they came, they would have to reschedule. Mind you I was home the entire two hour window. The next day the installer shows as promised to install Internet and phone ! Mind you, I only ordered Internet, but thought maybe the phone was necessary. No I only needed the jack, which I had. So I called, feeling like the company was a day late and a dollar short ! They lowered my monthly bill and waived the install fees. The service has worked fine, I've had it two days now !

I recently tried to set up telephone and DSL services for a future date at an address in Reno which we have leased beginning in late June. I started with the AT&T web site but it would not complete my order. I tried using the on-line chat for about an hour but the rep couldn't suggest any way to make the web order work. I tried different browsers but nothing worked. Finally, my current provider, CenturyLink, suggested a service broker called Movaroo and they were finally able to process my order with AT&T. The following day I received an email from AT&T Services that said they were unable to process my order and to "contact us at: 888-573-4107." The rep that I got was totally incompetent and said that my order could not be processed. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was blown off. Eventually I was transferred to "customer service" with the exact same result, total incompetence and disinterest in helping me understand what the problem was with the order. The next day another attempt at telephone support was made by my wife and eventually she determined that the problem was that the existing AT&T service at our new address had not been disconnected. We contacted the landlord and then the existing tenant and requested that they place a disconnect order for the date they were scheduled to move out of the house. They did this and then we tried to confirm our order for after the disconnect. AT&T support reps could still not handle our order nor could they give us any details about the order nor could they confirm that it even still existed. We were told to call back after the Memorial Day holiday. And, that is where we now stand .... in limbo. Thanks, AT&T for the most miserable experience we have ever had in trying to order phone services.
