I would give them no stars I had them for less than a day I watched the technician install my internet. He stood in my house and watch the internet not connect DirecTV which is owned by at&t. It started out to connect a three devices then it wouldn't connect to anything then I had to restart the modem or to reset everything I just created. And I had to call spend 4 hours on the phone. The next day it didn't connect to any of my devices again and I fired them and I kept Xfinity with a hate with a passion

The WORST service on earth
The WORST service on earth, and potentially the WORST company on earth. They get our tax dollars, then rip us off. LEAVE ATT if you want to be happier. They lie during the sales process, and it takes an act of congress to get customer service to make it right. Their agents are foreign probably working for scammers on the side. My info got stolen right after joining ATT, right before that big lawsuit, but I never saw a dime. Save yourself the headache.

treated with no care or concern
unfortunately do to no other landline options other aging neighborhood factors there's no other game in town I have been treated like such. If we do have to have service is a nightmare from sending out the wrong type of employee to fix the problem they're not qualified to fix two employees absolute lying about cause . Each problem since you're back to start delaying a fix of the problem causing safety concerns and gaps in service. Throw in the fact that it renders any of my dish network extras unusable here's my own demand buffering number at one in the morning a non-high traffic time Kbps 182. Thanks AT&T you got one star because zero wasn't an option

★★★★★ AT&T Air
★★★★★ — AT&T Internet Air, self-installed, reviewed by someone who measures things for a living.
When my gigabit cable provider developed an intermittent fault last week (synchronized packet loss verified against three independent targets, worsening daily), I promoted AT&T Internet Air from backup to primary for my household — nine kids' worth of streaming, schoolwork, and gaming, plus my own remote work.
I didn't just switch; I instrumented it. Continuous 1-second-interval ping monitoring against Cloudflare, Google, and Quad9 simultaneously. Overnight results on Air: roughly 32,000 probes per target, two isolated single-target timeouts, zero correlated failures, zero latency excursions over 250ms. That's effectively 0.006% loss on the worst target and a cleaner record than my "gigabit" coax managed on its best day that week.
Is 5G fixed wireless a latency match for cable at its best? No — expect ~30ms floors vs ~18ms. But reliability is the metric that matters when the alternative is a wire that drops for 20 seconds at a time, and Air has been rock solid. Self-install took minutes, no technician needed, and it carried the whole house without a hiccup.
If you're in an area where the cable incumbent has gotten comfortable, this is a genuinely viable primary connection — not just an emergency backup. Credit where due, AT&T. This product delivered exactly when it needed to.

I am very challenged in technology so…
I am very challenged in technology so this is the first review I have ever done. So my first observation is that it’s very easy to use not a bunch of flashy nonsense to distract so very user friendly. As I was browsing it looks to have plenty of information about many different things. So it seems like it could appeal to many people of different backgrounds. I thank you for suggesting this
website.

AT&T is NOT recommended
AT&T is NOT recommended. If they mess up and refund your money, they’ll keep messing up and sending you bills. It took six months and hours of calls from America to their Indian posts to sort out a simple problem. It was frustrating. So frustrating, I refuse to even pass by AT&T.

Lied about getting my internet…
Lied about getting my internet self-install box. I was told a specific date, and they did not deliver. I called and was told that they can not send the box no earlier than 6 days past the day it was supposed to arrive. They gave no solutions for my inconvenience. Horrible company in my opinion.

Beware of AT&T fiber.
Bad install experience and poor communication
I signed up for AT&T Fiber because I was offered a good price, faster speeds, and what was presented as a smooth install. Unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating.
I blocked out a four-hour install window, only for the technician to tell me there was an underground fiber issue that prevented the install. A few days later, a crew dug in front of my driveway and patched it poorly. After that, I received no update for about two weeks.
Three weeks later, I finally got a text saying the issue was fixed and to call to reschedule. When I contacted support, the agent did not seem to understand the situation and only said a tech would call me.
Meanwhile, I am still paying my current internet provider while AT&T tries to figure this out, and now I’m expected to block out another four-hour weekday window for a second install attempt.
The price may be good, but the install process and communication have been very disappointing. Be careful signing up for AT&T Fiber in a new rollout area.
