TLDR: Very happy with the customer service. I have minimal experience with the app itself - it seems like it has some good functionality for what it does - but the customer service is what I'm reviewing. Lisa and Tatev were both very helpful in getting me a refund when I accidentally let my free trial turn into a paid subscription without cancelling. The free trial is connected to a year membership, so if you don't cancel, you get charged for the full year, but customer service was understanding enough to give me a partial refund for the majority of the year (minus a month or two for onboarding costs).

I recently encountered a mishap from my error with my Podcastle account and reached out to their support team for help. I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and professionalism I received. From my very first message, their response was prompt, friendly, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen to my situation, diagnosed the issue quickly, and guided me through each step to restore full access. What impressed me was how they went above and beyond, checking in afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly and even offering tips to help prevent similar issues in the future. It’s rare these days to find a company so committed to making its users feel heard and supported. If you’re ever struggling with an account problem or have any questions, I can’t recommend Podcastle’s customer service highly enough. My two friends and I have been recording podcasts since 2010 - and having previously used a variety of other methods to record our podcast (including, in the early days, Skype and a Guitar Hero microphone in a mug), we found that Podcastle was the solution which most met our needs for: ease of use, having a single URL we could use to rendez-vous each week for recording sessions, and having access to each of our separate recording tracks, which meant we could ensure the best quality audio possible, while still being able to record remotely. We still joke today about how poor the audio quality of our pre-Podcastle recordings were, and if you were to pick a random oldie and listen to it next to a modern episode, it's night and day. As I'm the person who is ultimately responsible for the recording, edit and upload - my job is made much easier and quicker by virtue of Podcastle also.

Very intuitive, simple UI that makes podcasting feel very straight forward. I have tried a lot of programs for call recording/podcasting and none really match Podcastle for a good balance of features and ease of use.

Podcastle has been a god-send for recording our podcast. We do a weekly show about film, games and TV and the recording studio makes it easy to record remotely with local recording.

Started my podcast Menunmuted, signed up with podcastle and they made it very easy to edit and distribute my podcast to Apple and Spotify. Great if starting off and good price. Good customer service they respond to emails timely also.
