Made mgmt of pods easier and simple to plug and use.
Podcastle has made mgmt and creation of my work really simple. I signed up to an annual plan for 2 pods and I self edit using their AI tools, which is great for sound. For video, they quality is already there. I use it multiple times a week. No real criticsims other than it is so big that I do not think I fully use all the tools yet. But I will in time.

Horrible product experience, no refunds, scam
Truly horrible product experience. Their audio didn't wor. I tried to cancel immediately after they tried to charge me for a year and they wouldn't give me a refund under any circumstances. They charged me $287 for a year. Beware this is a scam!

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the charge was applied after the 7-day trial ended. Our system automatically calculates the 7-day period from the moment the trial starts, and once the trial expires, the full plan charge is processed. At that point, we’re unable to issue refunds, which is why our support team explained the situation. That said, we do see that you tried to cancel right around the billing date, and we understand why that timing feels unfair. While we have to follow our refund policy, we’ve flagged your case with our product and billing teams so they can review how cancellations and trial cut-offs are displayed. Will charge you even if you cancelled the free trial, and will refuse to refund. Fraud and scam. Do you use !

I reported a fraudulent subscription to…
I reported a fraudulent subscription to this company and showed them there was no usage and they refuse to refund the $149 stolen from me stating "Hi there 👋 Thank you for clarification. We strive to maintain fairness and consistency for all of our valued users, which is why we strictly adhere to our refund policy. We do not charge or refund based on usage. The charge takes place at the beginning of the billing cycle, and for users to prevent a charge, they should cancel the subscription before the billing cycle. I completely understand how this situation can be frustrating, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. At this time, we’re unable to make an exception, but please know your feedback has been heard and shared with the team. If there’s anything else I can assist you with, I’m here to help. George Podcastle" This is unacceptable and I would not recommend using their service, EVER!

I want to gather people who’s been…
I want to gather people who’s been deceived and not refunded and file a class action lawsuit against this companies practices they are predator practices must end. All these reviews of refusing a refund people not wanting service and then lying about where they are located to hide behind EU time. If you agree like this post I’ll gather information and get a lawyer to handle this .

Terrible company
Terrible company. Refused to provide a refund and have dark UI that makes it really challenging to cancel during the 7-day free trial. Good product, terrible customer policies. Use a different service if you can.

This company is the worst company ever
This company is the worst company ever. They refuse to provide a refund after they say it’s a seven day trial but when you cancel on the seventh day, they still charge your card anyway, and then they refuse and put up a fight not to give you your money back, even though you don’t use the service I will say anybody that’s reading this. Please do not ever use the service again terrible

To avoid a charge, cancellation needs to be completed before that 7-day period ends. If the cancellation happens on the last day after the renewal has already processed, the payment unfortunately still goes through.
