Didn't send a phone number. Didn't answer the phone for a week. Told me my sim was no hood. I'd get charged if I used it then gave me a song and dance about I need a new sim card. So now I have to wait a week to get jyped again.

OMG, Do not order a phone from this company. I ordered a phone June 1, 2026 paid $11.99 for express shipping, 5 days later it's still processing. I have heard nothing as of this date what's going on with my order. Contacting them is pointless because nothing works. Chat button does nothing, doing email does nothing, contacting by phone does nothing but make you leave a message. I gave them til Monday the 8th to cancel my order and refund my money. As I said do not purchase a phone from them, you'll be sorry. I will be contacting my bank along with a few other options to file fraud.

CUT OFF... Verified I do have LIFELINE...still after 2 days and over 2 hours they Assured me I would have service back by 8 AM....NOT!!! by 8 AM they CUT ALL ACCESS OFF. I can't even call them back. Nor can I call them using Google Voice. I have NO way to contact anyone and No one has a way to contact me! I am Elderly and Disabled and Frightened !!!

If I could give it a negative 1000%. I would. Just signed up for lifeline program, got approved. Used my phone as stated in agreement. I got home last night from band rehearsal, received email no longer eligible for program. They switched me to pay as you go. Did top up but still showed plan termination in June. Tried porting over to different carrier, unable to transfer number even though Assurance Wireless said I could. I had to get a new number with another provider, still low cost plan, but more reliable. Very dissatisfied, don't recommend.

I have paid for insurance on a phone that my son had for four years. I've been without that phone since May 14, when it broke. They keep sending a validation code to the broken phone, and they have been putting off sending me the new one. It is now 10 days and counting, and I still don’t have the phone. It seems like every time I call, they have a new reason why they can’t do something, and I also can't track the claim at all on mywireless.com. They keep trying to send me to very poor Customer Service.

This company is a complete mess. On the 1st of the month, I literally made a call and used 2 GB of data just to make sure my activity was logged so the line wouldn't cut off. Right after doing exactly what I was supposed to do, I get an email out of nowhere saying, "Your account has been suspended. Please reapply." Then, just a few days later, I get another email saying, "Your service has been restored. Please continue making calls, texting, or using data every month." Their automated system is completely broken and glitches out constantly. You have to literally babysit a phone plan just to keep it from randomly dying on you because their software doesn't know what it’s doing. Do not use them, they absolutely suck

Yesterday I called about my phone them programming my phone they told me that the phone that I have bought was not compatible with them mind you is the same phone that I bought the last time cuz it took me two weeks to find it after they told me the correct model of phone I bought that same phone so I wouldn't have any issues and now they're saying that the phone is not compatible they hung up on me twice a female a male and a male and told me that basically to go get any unlocked phone but this phone will not be able to be programmed mind you it's the same phone that about the last time because I did have to hunt it down for 2 weeks because they don't have any phones at work for their company but they proceeded to send me the technical support and hung up on me three times I just feel like something has to be done about this it's ridiculous and on top of that they act like they weren't even interested didn't want to get any numbers right like fix it I had to repeat myself like 80 times they didn't even tell me I will send you a new SIMs card they just told me get an unlocked phone any unlocked phone but this one will not work it was like they refuse to do it so now I bought a phone that is basically a paperweight and they could care less

You can do what the customer wants fix the phone not replace went to another repair place even though I had a claim put with assurance who wouldn't fix my phone or even look at it Bella phone repair looked at it plugged a cable back in works perfect so much for assurance you suck big time
