60 per cent of the time, I find them overbearing uncooperative and utterly rude, that is until one person was actually helpful, but....then I had trouble accessing my iphone account ... and... viola! the next person I spoke to spoke to me like I was in kindergarten, and not the teacher. You get what you pay for and don't forget that the poor always have been, are, and will continue into the future to be utterly disenfranchised by the rich who get off seeing us suffer, frankly, and I am NOT blaming the poor sod employees but the mega rich OWNERS. nuff said.

I do not trust his company ever again, I choose the bring your own phone option, with my carrier unlocked Motorola phone. They said they couldn't activate the SIM card with this phone because it has been reported as lost or stolen, which is a lie because I checked two different IMEI websites and it comes out clean. They are trying to get you to buy their crappy phones with the cheapest one being $60 nah . Go with tag mobile or something at least they give you a free phone.

I ordered a new phone, and paid for it It was delivered somewhere, not to me. They and Fedex are not following though on it. So I've lost $80 and had to get another phone through somewhere else. the phone was finally delivered. It's missing a piece, and I am told to get it at Walmart. I am disgusted with it at this point, and probably want to send it back. That's complicated too.

Just like everyone else noted!! The service is horrible! The phone shuts off by itself takes 5 minutes to come back on, slowest speeds for any phone I've ever had. Im sorry i chose them. Stay tf away from this company!!

Their support number fails half the time to get past the voicemail options. Their cust service sucks. They lied to me about what unlocked phone was compatible, causing me to lose money buying a reconditioned Moterola. Their website is a joke. They do not even have a phone app and you can only use the website. They seem to have NO CLUE what email is, as they have no email address for support. I am SO done with them.

They are terrible when it comes to customer service. They send me a phone with sim card just to tell me they need to send a new sim card. My services got suspended while trying to switch now I have no phone service

Worst service I have ever encountered. They put in the wrong social security number for my account, and then told me I could cancel my application in 24 to 48 hours. I called over 10 more times to rectify this mistake, and every representative told me my application was still approved, or that the free phone they promised was on its way - only for another representative to tell me the application was never approved in the first place. Do not use this service, they are trash and have no business even being called customer service.
