Assurance wireless has good service customer service is ok good service for free data speeds are good. But the phone they gave me is starting to have issues and they won't replace it so I left went to airtalk dropped calls too

60 per cent of the time, I find them overbearing uncooperative and utterly rude, that is until one person was actually helpful, but....then I had trouble accessing my iphone account ... and... viola! the next person I spoke to spoke to me like I was in kindergarten, and not the teacher. You get what you pay for and don't forget that the poor always have been, are, and will continue into the future to be utterly disenfranchised by the rich who get off seeing us suffer, frankly, and I am NOT blaming the poor sod employees but the mega rich OWNERS. nuff said.

have had assurance for years. the free smartphone they give you is loaded and bloated with spywear. i suffered through that for a year or two until i was given an old phone of my sons. We got it switched over. Then a month ago i started receiving texts that my phone will no longer be supported and to upgrade. They needed to give more notice. My phone was 3G only. they were shutting down the 3G and are making users get 4GLTE and above. Phones like that are expensive. being disabled and living on SSDI, i cant come up with an extra $150 in a months time. I did find a phone on Ebay for half the cost they sell them in their online store. But i still had to borrow some of the money to pay for it. because i NEED my phone to contact my doctors and family and its connected to my emergency call button. Other than that, i dont have issues with the service . and the networks gone down only twice since ive had service. i dont ever call when i have an issue. i just email/chat them with my online account. less hassle since i can understand them better that way.

I love the service as fare as data speeds however calls keep cutting in and out and customers doesn't know how to up my address on my account the phones are junk and slow

Assurance Wireless has some terrible phones and overseas representatives. I called to complain about the Shok phone they gave me. During the call, the phone did everything I complained about- poor voice quality, phone automatically muting, delayed message retrieval. They said although the phone is under warranty, I must pay $20 to get a new phone. After 4 separate calls and complaints over 11 months, Assurance finally sent a better quality phone at no cost and included a postage paid return envelope to return the defective phone !!

I had AW free phone & Lifeline service for few months. Then my friend whom I let use it, screwed up loading port. So I tried to repair the it, but repair guy after replacing new charging port, couldn`t get phone to start charging. So I gave up on it, and requested new replacement phone. Which AW agreed to send me at 40$ charge for S & H. After longer thinking I decided to pay that amount. But I could not sign into my account, for a little s#it like "W"-west Arthur ave. For this ''W'' their system kept rejecting all my other correct info and refusing to let me sign in. So I just gave up. And reapplied to another co. which accepted my application. But I just read reviews of this other co. they`re as bad as for AW. - or worse. Either all these 'Lifelink' procuring wireless cos. are crooked or people are lying and never satisfied. To me AW is good for 3 stars.

Soooooo assurance wireless gives you an option to transfer an assurance wireless phone NUMBER(NOT SERVICE, to an existing phone, however I have tried consecutively to transfer my number and NOTHING. I followed the steps and entered the correct serial/IMEI number and still NOTHING. Why offer this when knowing Assurance wireless is fulla crap.

I have written a review of Assurance touting their customer service dealing with a device malfunctioning issue, I gave them a 5 star. That still stands because that experience happened. However, now I am back because I have been without active wireless service for 18 days now, and the last email I received from them a couple days ago said the same thing as the two before it, that the phone I ordered was still on backorder. So, with that being said, Assurance, you have lost me.
