If I could give this company zero stars, I would! They are completely incompetent! I never deal with such stupid people before. It's the blind leading the blind! I can't believe our gov. Pays these fools. Go elsewhere and hopefully they get shut down... Oh, how much I pray they all lose their job before they add more stress to a person life than helping them.

I had assurance wireless in 2022 these people outside USA still have my personal information shared in new york?🤬 I called them overctge years I get a letter in 2023 Dec saying I'd you want out service you can contact us. I didn't until last year 2025 & 26 both times I applied online: you're already a customer on lifeline with assurance wireless. Screenshot each time I tried to apply . So with this being said USA entities need pay attention to who you shift jobs too instead of your own citizens we know that's why sooo many bad thing happens you 🫵🏾 ppl just corrupt. But here is screenshot of denial calling them is like pulling teeth without 💀anesthesia. All those companies: assurance, air talk, safelink, net 10, straight talk, all mixed up on T-mobile offshore(not USA) network or verizon greedy corrupt network. This is my personal experience with some of the. Assurance wireless 🫵🏾 you better watch your info because they do share and sell 🫵🏾 info for money .wow piracy is a crime.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I CANCELLED MY SERVICE AND THE PHONE THAT WAS ORDERED FROM SHOPQ1 A WEEK AGO! THEY HAVE NOW SHIPPED THE PHONE AND TRYING TO DEDUCT THE AMOUNT OUT OF MY CHECKING. NO HELP FROM ASSURANCE WIRELESS, EVEN THOUGH THE ARE PARTNERS WITH SHOPQ1. SHOPQ1 NEVER RESPONDS IN ANY WAY. THIS IS A BIG TIME SCAM!!

My main concern is the extra layer of so called "security" which makes me unsafe. After entering my 8 digit password number online I have to be bothered with retrieving and entering a text message code sent to my phone just to access my account. Assurance Wireless: Please understand that if our phone isn't working and we need to access our online account to SWAP phones, you are creating a safety risk to our lives by preventing us from using a different phone. We cannot receive text messages to "secure" our login, therefore we can't go online to change phones AND we can't call you. Our passwords are secure in and of themselves. I may switch back to Access Wireless for this reason. With Access my online account password is all they need. Further, any T Mobile capable 4G and 4G LTE phones work seamlessly with Assurance wireless. Yet I have to call customer service to get them to swap phones. They claim it's only partially compatible, which is not true. Calls, texts and Internet work fine on 4G. But if it's 5G or the cheap BLU phone that they sent me, I can swap online myself. With Access Wireless all I had to do was insert SIM card into compatible phone without calling or going online to enter info. PLEASE ELIMINATE EXTRA SECURITY STEP USING TEXT MESSAGES WHEN WE LOGIN ONLINE OR I AM GOING BACK TO ACCESS WIRELESS

Unimaginably bad. After more than half a dozen calls to Customer Service over the course of three days and hours of supposed troubleshooting over the phone, I still can't connect to the Internet using Assurance's network!

I’m attempting to post everywhere until assurance contacts me, Assurance, is horrible. I Have completely 7 applications. 4 yesterday. Assurance agent would direct me. We tried everything even waiting for 30 mins for the application process to ask about uploading supporting documents. They were also instructing me to go to Texas life line to complete application. I call Texas life line 2 ( both times TexasLifeLine informed me they have no application on record for me by assurance wireless I needed to contact Assurance wireless)I also submitted applications 3 time( it would error out when I choose assurance and inform me to go to assurance) then at 3:30pm yesterday Assurance wireless customer agent( I talk to 4 agent on the phone. I was instructed to get employee information. I asked 4 female agent and two supervisor that all were named Jen. They refused to give any information. The agents would sit quietly on the line because they would not hang up because surveys.) So assurance wireless agent Jen informed me I was approved ( no offer online or phone to upload docs,) so agent Jen said I was approved different phone number. She asked to Port my number from T-mobile, which she instructed me to get a port pin to port my number. 45 mins later I get a text that I’m not eligible for lifeline and they turned my phone off. So, yesterday I lost service because they wanted payment and charge me 10 cents a min. Now, I don’t have service at all and I have a doctors appointment this morning for my disability and I have no way to contact the dr because I have no cell phone ability. Ne help I have filed with FCC and Texas PUC. Also assurance created my account wrong. I know number, pin, but the three questions two questions I chose and know the answer, the third I didn’t choose. The agent Jen (supervisor) informed me she has no capability to change or correct the issue. At this time 7:30pm I’m being informed that I need to find different services. Talked to T-Mobile to port back in and informed I lost what was left that I pre paid for and pay a new monthly due

Assurance Wireless when first started was pretty good then bought over by TMobile and started to go down hill, Nowadays, they give thise crappy cheap phone around $39 that break down fast so that you need to buy a proper phone from them. That's the catch to make money for your free wireless service. Better if you just go to Mint Mobile.
