Their system was hacked and my account was hacked along with several other people's accounts through their system.I waoke up and my phone was not working and was told my phone had been hacked.my phone is still off and they acted like it was my fault their system got hacked.The customer service has been horrible since they moved to the Philippines.

These people are terrible and a total waste of ur time and they are very stupid and will run u in circles a million times for a sim card that doesn't even work and they will tell you all kinds of lies and have u doing all kinds of unnecessary running to try to get ur phone right for there sim card when the sim card won't work for any phone u have to buy 1 of there bs phones off line very terrible company save urself from the headache lies

This was the worst experience dealing with a cell phone company in my entire life. The phone would cut off and customer service was somewhere overseas. I could just barely understand what the person was saying and oh, how they lied repeatedly about fixing the phone on their end et cetera. I am glad they are no longer in use!

Very incompetent company. None of their techs know what they are doing. Been without my phone number since 02/15/26. Couldn't call out and call went directly to voicemail. I have called 12 times, every time they say that it will be fixed. Going for the 13th time tomorrow but FCC, BBB or now involved. This company should not be on the lifeline for government. Don't use this company. They need shut down.

Assurance did a switch and bait on me they advertise a free government I phone and then send u a typical cheap phone. I just opened my package and saw it was not the phone they advertised I'm sending it back the box is still sealed and unopened this is the second time I was tricked I'm not falling for your unethical business practice. Is this how you have to get new business by tricking people I would never recommend any one too your company I would rather use two cans and string before I used your company every again and I will freely share what a lousy company that you are. Shame on you and your company tricking and misrepresenting your phone's

First, they charged me $3.62 for $1 worth of extra data. When I asked them why, they said the rest was "tax". 262% tax??? I told them that was a big fat lie, then they started blowing up my phone with texts every few seconds. I actually had to block the "Customer Care" number to get the harassment to stop. Then my data stopped working. When I called to ask them why, they said I had used it up with calls to 911 and 988. Even if that weren't another big fat lie, calls have nothing to do with data. They're not even GOOD liars! So, I found a new company. I haven't gotten my new SIM card yet, but they've already deactivated their service. This company is TOTALLY SLEAZY. Run the other way!
