I'll be more than happy to tell the truth about the experience I have had with Assurance wireless and at least 14 yes 14 members from their staff from operators to mangers. But since I was lied to and directed to so many people I have no idea what their real names and position status of these people . This took place from 3 months ago up to a week ago and today is august 29 2026. I simply called them and needed a new cell and sim card. Ok filled out the application in all 6 times during a month in a half just to get a phone sint out to me. Well I never pushed send on any of them first applications because it was not my address I put down in correct order. So I never confirmed my applications some jerk weed (s) kept sending my applications through and whenever I'd call they hang up or tell me the matter was fixed so I would stay patient during this 2 1/2 month now waiting for this cell to come . Now like I said from 1 month if BS now up to 2 1/2 BS. Lues upon lies , that's all I got from them so far. So finally I had 1 person tell the truth and it came just like this person said, BUT one problem , Ups gave it to someone else in my building and took a pic if whoever's screen door. On my side if the building we all have no screen so how did that deliver driver smyxk up my address that bad . Now u know I been waiting for this cell forever. And remind you this assurace wireless company u gave 10 start each time because they were that amazing about telling me lies and promises that I'd receive my cell before it was dropped off someother door. Yes all they want is 10 star report but after y gave them and was tricked and found out and cought in to them , it's done. Also I was gave over to multiple vibders , I was directed too and gor nothing to do with my cell problem so now we in 3 months. No cell still lies , and add 7 more people to my 14 list and understand these mother&-+(rs, really need dekt with . Finally after I told the last kier and fronted them about they all being investigated, all of a sudden the phone came in 4 days. So I had my hands on the package we eating from Las Vegas heat opening the new cell and BAMM 🫪🫤 my look , I'll be a monkues 1st 2nd and 3rd uncle in mind these f@$(rs sent some 2024 cheap accceee cell out and so small I can't read tex or see anything. It misspelling words adding letters everything opposit from what I turned in for it to perform. But to sum it up I'm about to take this raggady cell ship to the gutter and call it a day. 3 months with lies and tha garbage gets sent to my door unexpected finally. U hope someone does something about this whole assurance wireless company because I never deserved the treatment or disrespect for their mess up at the beginning for send out something u never approved of. If wimirds are misspelled and back word blaim it on you know who AW. PEACE PEOPLE.

I was supposed to have have gotten a SIM card almost 2 weeks ago, and when I tried to call their 800#,they kept asking me for my phone number, since I don't have a number yet, they basically hung up on me.. so how am, I supposed to get an actual human being and resolve this issue?? I contacted UPS and they said that they haven't received the SIM card from ASSURANCE WIRELESS..

This has got to be the worst rip off. I would advice putting the monthly amount in a savings account. You will come up better. I have paid this company for four years and for 45 minutes, I went round and round trying to get them to either repair or replace the phone's battery. They ask the dumbest question the one would have difficulty answering. 1. When did the battery degradation begin? Exact date. 2. When did you buy the phone? 3. Is there damage to the phone? Exact date. When did the damage occur? Exact date. Dumbest questions for 45 minutes. I finally told the customer service agent that I was done playing their games. I was done answering questions that no one can answer ..when did the battery degradation begin? I am not AI! Never again will I buy insurance with this company!

They stink. Customer Service worthless. If u change your carrier or plan they don't advise u have only one week to get your old ph number ported, therefore u lose it and have to update all your contacts all over again. They also pull other devious stunts to jerk you around.

⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH ASSURANCE WIRELESS This Lifeline service through Assurance Wireless and the National Verifier has been an absolute nightmare. The customer service is terrible, the website is constantly down or not working properly, and getting clear answers about applications and approvals feels impossible. What makes it even worse is dealing with supervisors who will literally hang up on you instead of resolving the problem. That is completely unacceptable when you are dealing with a service that is supposed to help people who depend on Lifeline for essential communication. People should not have to spend hours calling customer service, being given conflicting information, getting disconnected, and fighting with a website that doesn't work just to find out whether they have been approved. This program is supposed to help people—not create more stress and frustration. There are mothers, families, and people in difficult situations who depend on reliable phone service to communicate with their children's schools, doctors, employers, emergency services, and family members. In my opinion, Assurance Wireless needs to seriously improve its customer service and accountability, or this service needs to be discontinued and replaced with something that actually works for the people it is supposed to serve. DO BETTER. People deserve better than this.

Horrible in every way. It’s not even worth FREE! Cannot call some numbers including their own customer service! Cannot text some numbers. The customer service (5 calls) long holds. Representatives repeat the same thing over and over stating they are so sorry for the trouble but then do not have the knowledge to fix the issues.

This is the worst cell provider I have had in my 20 years of having a cell phone. This is a negative one star

Assurance Wireless approved my Lifeline benefit but processed my order as a paid phone instead of the free device option. They failed to create my account or provide a phone number, making online tracking impossible. When calling to resolve this, representatives refused escalation to supervisors and denied me service. They are total crap. But no surprise so is t mobile their parent
