The phone I have kept shutting off and turning back on again. It finally stopped working all together. They said they'd send a new one. That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven't received it. Now I have the police showing up at my door because no one can get a hold of me. I have major medical issues and a phone is the difference between life or death.

This is one of the stupidest companies I have ever dealt with. The final straw was I had returned a new non-working phone to them. Called them and gave them the tracking number before they would replace it. After 6 weeks they replaced it. They began hounding me because they did not receive the phone after sending that one. Because I had to return it FIRST!! How can I return it twice??

Low quality China phones automatically load Sprint created spyware and alternative phone, text, browser, weather app with notifying customer and without consent. Phones can only operate on slow 2.4g wifi. Since 3G towers were turned off, virtually no areas in WI have call or data service. USB-C sockets break in the phones. ASSURANCE will not provide a 3rd replacement phone.

The people that own this company should be jailed. They've done nothing but steal from me. I've turned them in twice to the Federal Trade Commission and you should do the same. The FBI raided their offices in Florida last summer. F***ing Theives.

I applied, sent the requested paperwork and never heard back. Deald with customer serivice in India or somewhere over there and got nowhere with them. What a waist of time.

I'm simply posting the message I responded to in their "welcome" email... to their unmonitored account, smh. They can only be contacted by 20th century methods: mail (expect 2 months+ for response), or phone call (if you feel like spending 1/2 hour navigating one of the worst phone systems you'll ever encounter). No 21st century contact with this company, i.e. email or chat. Thanks for the $2 phone, but I've spent over an hour trying to get this pos to activate. I've had it for 2 weeks or so, but it's nothing but a paper weight. Your service is like dial up internet from the 90's. I tried online. I was told to dial 611. I dialed 611 but the phone said I didn't have service. I tried a week later when in a different area. I dialed 611 and was taken through countless minutes of some dude reading a novel. After I finally by pure accident pushed the right sequence of numbers (after at least 8 calls), I was told to complete the sign up online and was sent a link. So I tried online again. I was told to complete the sign up by dialing 611. Note, on each and every call I made (that I wasn't hung up on), I chose the option to speak with an agent. And what does it say? If you'd like to speak with an agent, please hang up and dial *** number!!!!!!!!! Sickening!! I refuse to go back in time 30 years to do a task that was figured out by every single phone company in the country 15 years ago. I have virtually no doubt they're charging the govt. thousands of dollars for each $2 Schok phone they give out, as if they're giving out gold-plated iPhones or something. And then, refusing to offer a legitimate way to activate and/or contact. If I feel like putting in the effort, I'll be filing a complaint with the Arizona AG. they dont even speak english, customer service is in india, worst company ever, they dont even renew ever year the free phone, they do it auto on their own, that's breaking the law in america, tax payers are getting defrauded, this company is a fraud............. i even paid for a phone, they never shipped 3 weeks now i call ever 2 or 3 days they keep saying they no nothing but they are going to send the phone i paid for, but they never do send it, FRAUD FRAUD COMPANY, GOVERMENT SHOULD SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.
