Everything except customer service is fair. Tried to find out what a letter was about, and attempted to deal with customer service. First one did not speak a word, stayed online for about 30 seconds, then I got put to the survey, so no disconnect. Second one, did not care at all about my issue. Instead, every time I attempted to explain what was the issue, kept saying: go to the website. Go to the website. Ended it with: You don't get it, my answer is only: GO TO THE WEBSITE! then put me to the survey again.

Well, they have the phone so you can't send pictures or receive them. I know it's free but don't make us feel like bottom dwellers. The pages are always jumping back and forth trying to make it's mind up where it wants to land. I just can't believe I can't send or receive pictures. If I'm missing something can someone tell me what it is or are all government phones like this? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,mark

Unfortunately there is no option for less than one star. I honestly don’t know what is the point of writing a review. There is hundreds of complaints online but nobody cares. The CEO of the company and his team don’t give a damn what people are going through with the rotten customer service and their disgusting service . They are making their money out of poor people’s misery. Probably if they put a construction worker as a head of the company that person would make a better job. When assurance wireless was part of sprint company they had a better service. Now they are part of T-Mobile and their service and their customer service have become horrible and no one cares. Any how T-Mobile itself is the worst telephone company. Assurance wireless customer service in philippine are bunch of lazy, liars, irresponsible……. People that have no idea what the hell they are doing or talking about . Shame on the head of assurance wireless company who are holding the position and making money for doing nothing. Just read online about their executive team and you understand why this company is rotten.

I have contacted customers services at least 10 times, my phone has no data service at all, I have done all the resets they asked me to do, I was given a com# for another phone I called today,Jan 16th and was told there was no phone coming but I could purchase a phone at a discount of $9.99 so what is the point if i cannot get any data on the phone i have now!! So disappointed in their service,and have had the same phone since 2020,not a happy customer!! I also got a letter stating i have not used my phone so as of Feb 2nd i will no longer have service,WTH

Wanted to port in my phone number. They told me I needed my previous providers account number and PIN. ASSURANCE WIRELESS WAS my previous provider!! The supervisor then told me she'd call me back in an hour... She never did! I called again, explained what was going on and they disconnected the phone call. This is a HORRIBLE company to deal with!!!

so so phones, so so connectivity, horrible customer service. i had a distinct sense that i was being shined on when i was talking to customer service. als been disconnected or hung up on twice while trying to contact these people. i'd say stay away from this company.

I contacted this company in early November to see if they could help me troubleshoot my device. They told me to purchase a new device from them because their phones are deeply discounted and a huge upgrade over what I currently have. It took weeks to receive my new phone which was horrible. The consumer complaints against the device they sent me are off the charts.I contacted them immediately and they assured me that they would send me a different phone and return envelope. Weeks past and they sent me the same exact phone that I had complained about!!! You really can't make this stuff up. I brought both phones to FedEx and watched as the employee packaged up both phones to return. I'm elderly and immunocompromised. I literally have spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with this company only to be told a they never charged me for a phone and they never received the return phones! I have documentation for all this (tracking number and credit card statement). A supervisor assured me he would resolve this and make me whole! Just another lie. It's just really difficult when you're old, alone and trying to navigate. The experience with this company has been downright abusive. This has been going on for months. I finally contacted my credit card company so they could start a dispute.
