I've purchased through Askderm twice and will come back in the future. Things I like: - International credit cards are accepted. - Nice promotions and free samples. Things to improve: - More product reviews (maybe you can ask authorization from other websites to quote their reviews) - Promotion strategy? I bought a facial classing brush with 20% off (only on that day) and the next day a new promotion with 25% off storewide was announced. Actually the 20% off was already great but seeing an extra 5% off the next day still made me feel sad: ) If consumers had more experiences like mine, they may be hesitate to submit orders in future promotions considering there might be an even more attractive promotion tomorrow.

Very happy with the face brush I ordered. It was cheaper online than in my local makeup store. Received it in two days and have been using it everyday.

I have been purchasing skin care products from Askderm for quite a few years. They have a very large selection of high quality products, some of which are sold primarily in doctors' offices. The prices are usually better than most other reputable websites. Service is excellent. Once I got a product with a defective container. Askderm replaced it within 2 days no questions asked. Products are shipped quickly. I also love the free samples they sometimes enclose with an order.
