I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased a Clarisonic Aria on a Thursday night and it was on my porch Monday afternoon. Super fast and just what I ordered. Plus the 25% off coupon meant I was able to get a good deal on a great product! Will purchase from again!

I like very much the experience I had when I called the phone number on a box of product that I had bought at a local drugstore. The customer service rep was quite helpful to all my questions, and then send me an email confirmation along with a tracking number and that my order would be sent by USPS. When my order arrived, it was shipped without any waste, in an environmentally friendly way. Not only that, but I when my order came, there were free samples of other products enclosed, in a pretty lavender re-usable pouch. Like I could use again for a gift giving (the pretty pouch). The CS Rep took accountability for all of it, from start to finish, I think, plus found me a coupon for 10 percent off as I was placing a large order. I'm saying this since her name was on the first email. Pretty spectacular. I would definitely buy from this company again. I don't know if the of their products' ingredients are made in America, however I do know that what I purchased was made and shipped from the USA. I like jobs kept in the Americas. I'm not opposed to the world market, of course, but we must first see that Americans have jobs here, to keep unemployment rates down. It's simply good business for all of us, and for that matter, gives us an opportunity for exporting to other developing Countries. So, it's good all around, I feel.

I purchased 2 orders of face sunscreen and enjoyed the discount that they provided for their customer. The first order was shipped instantly and I was so happy when it arrived to my home. The second order was a back order, since it was out of stock. More than 2 weeks passed by, I still have not received my items until I asked for the cancellation. The next day I received a tracking number to reassure me that the orders are on its way. It irritated me that the company have lack of communication to their customer on back order that delay and did not follow up with their customer.

My experience with Ask Derm has always been fast, and are always there to answer the questions that may come about. There product, their delivery method I would highly recommend. I am a dedicated customer. W.B.

It was an easy site to use. The products were shipped and received quickly. I received many samples!! The samples are being used and have a lovely fragrance, not too strong or too weak. I ordered the skin primer and will try it today!! Great site

I bought foreo mini on Askderm and I am waiting for a long time to get discount on foreo product! This is really a great deal i got my foreo and foreo cleaning spray(60ml) and other samples! I had an issue with a product I recently purchased (bad sprayer on Spectral DNC-S) and rather than making me return/exchange and then wait for the replacement to arrive, they immediately issued a shipment for the new item. This was all within the first 24 hours I contacted them. I'm impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction!
