I should have know the price was too good to be true. When ordering Glytone Step-Up Mild Gel for my wife I compared the picture to the bottle she had. Pictured is the 200 ml/6.7 oz. (exactly the same as I was looking for). What they are actually selling is the 30 ml/1.0 oz size. The old bait and switch. I'll never shop askderm again. Update. askderm got back offered full refund and with be replacing picture. For this rapid response I upgrade them from 1 to 3 stars.

To be honest, I am not satisfied with the delivery service. It could be understood that the delivery pressure is huge due to the Black Friday. However, I have two orders which were created almost at the same time. One has been shipped, the other still pending. And I have no idea when i can get the other one and why it is like this.

I was really disappointed and annoyed that the site was down for almost one whole day; I even called the phone line & of course, they are not open on the weekends!!! aaargh! I am trying to buy something & give them my hard earned money - almost gave up, except that the product I wanted was such a great price; finally the site was back up & I was able to order. Cleanser arrived in a timely manner & I will continue to support askderm...hopefully no more technical glitches!

I have researched your order and it shipped the same day it was placed via FREE Standard shipping through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business day shipping). The tracking states that the package was attempted to be delivered on 2/18/2014 and is now available for pickup at your local facility. The delay may have been in that Monday 2/17/2014 was President's Day and the USPS does not delivery on a holiday. I’m not sure if this is because on sale or what. There should be a rounded clear sticker attached on the edge of the box. However the sticker on my box was broken and a new one was attached on it. Apparently the box was opened and repacked for some reason… I don’t know why and I am not feeling comfortable with this.
