The shipment was fast, came on time, well packaged, no damages. But the product...the first concern is the way to take it off from the bottle. Pushing the push-button doesn't help much to take product of the bottle. I press many-many times to be able to have a drop of product on my fingertip. Then, the product itself (step 1) is too dense and uncomfortable to apply over the face. I was trying to find the expiration date, which is absent. Probably, it's just expired. I didn't feel any changes on my skin, so, my main concern is the product expiration or, since no any seal was found, probably it was after return product was resent to me....would be nice to receive some explanations from seller.
