If you have any issues with your furniture, even after you've spent hundreds on the gold warranty package, do not expect to hear back from anyone. They use a "third party" to handle furniture repairs, and it is an absolute waste of money.

I have bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of furniture from here and i cant get a return call on a couch that is falling apart 2 months past the warranty. im trying to give them more money to fix it and after 5 calls I cant get a response.

very poor customer service, never take care of their clients .Awful delivery. Promise a lot before you buy it, once you out of the door they don't take care of their customers. Be very careful what you buy there and avoid their delivery, because they will do damage in your house and will never take care of it.They damaged our wall while installing sectional, when I called the store and told them the problem they where super nice saying that they will fix it or pay the company to fix it but never did ,never answered to email, never Called back.

I bought a bed from the store that looked white and was clearly PURE WHITE online as well. Once I got it, it was obviously cream and customer service was not helpful in anyway. Extremely disappointed, I’ll never buy from them again.

I will never purchase from Art Van again! Bought a couch and recliner from the clearence center 6 months ago. Not only was i followed around like a dog until i was ready to purchase i was convinced to purchase a warranty and lied to saying it would cover anything from rips to breakage. Fast forward here we are six months later with a couch thats tearing. First i was offered a store credit for what i spent however now in order to get another couch i would have to come up with another $300 because there was nothing on the range of the store credit or i was offered to just keep my couch because mine wasnt fixable. Then i talked to someone else who told me the tears in my couch were a defect so she told me i would get a new one when the next shipment came in then abruptly says oh wait uours was a clearance item never mind so i said all i want is the same couch to replace mine to which she says that model has been discountunued even though five minutes earlier she was telling me they were waiting on a new shipment of them. She originally offered to cut the $75 service fee in half for me on that. So the solution i ended up with was either come up with yey another ,$300 anf take my chances on another clearance item or be stuck with what i got. I live on s very tight fixed income and cant always get new furniture so when i had a little extra Art Van was where i went to purchase. The salesman, Jacob was very pushy especially when it csme time to lying to my face and my boyfriend about this wonderful warranty. I even just ask to be refunded for my warranty since iy wouldnt do me any good ( he actually sold me a spot remover protection warranty on a leather couch that he gave me a cleaning kit for so why would i need this type of warranty) but i was told sorry cant do that. needless to say im stuck with a couch thats tearing at the seams and Art Van wont stand behind their furniture. Their only goal is to train their people to follow you like dogs to sell you bs warranties that you wont be able to use on furniture that falls apart. Sounds like this family business is out for only one thing and thats to sell you shoddy furniture period!!! If they dont right this wrong, this wont be the only place i file my complaint! Next time maybe i will buy my stuff from Big Bobs or value city. BBB will also be getting my complaint as well as my good old buddies over at channel 7 news. All i want is a couch that wint fall apart in just 6 months!!???

I CANT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH DO "NOT" SHOP AT ART VAN. I BOUGHT AN EXTRA WARRANTY ON A SECTIONAL.( I WAS TOLD IT COVERED ANYTHING I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH) IT WAS $3,000. THE ARM ON IT FLATTENED RIGHT OUT AND ITS JUST ME, AFTER ONLY ABOUT 6 MONTHS. I HADN'T BEEN ROUGH ON IT AT ALL. THE INSPECTORS FROM A-V CAME OUT, AND DECIDED ON IT RIGHT AWAY. WONT COVER IT, AS THAT WAS NORMAL WEAR, AND TEAR. HMM, THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE ARMS OF IT WERE MADE OUT OF CARDBOARD, AND THEN SAYS, THEY SURE DON'T MAKE THEM LIKE THEY USED TO. I SURE DON'T KNOW WHY I WENT BACK THIS TIME AS THERE HAD BEEN MANY OTHER ISSUES WITH THEM IN PRECIOUS YRS, BUT I WILL SAY NOW, ABSOLUTELY NO MORE!!

Poor customer service, ordered a reclining sofa and when it arrived a month later it didn't work. Tried to to work with them to no avail. When I told them to come pick it up as its now taking up room in my house they told me it could be done a week later and that there is a $15 dollar restocking fee. They finally waived the fee but talk about insult to injury. We've used them for the last 20 years and now refuse to buy from there ever again. Beware ArtVan. Save your money and your sanity and go elsewhere.

I purchased 2 Recliners from Art Van in September. Within 2 weeks one Recliner was not working. It is now December and it is still not fixed! I will never purchase from Art Van again and recommend others use extreme caution if they choose to!
