I bought some patio furniture from AV this summer along with an 11' umbrella. First, the furniture started to rust with in weeks of my purchase. Who makes outdoor furniture that rusts? Better yet why would AV promote their garbage by displaying it in their showroom right when you walk in the door. Guessing they were making a pretty good margin on it. When I was sitting it for the winter and began moving the items rust water ran out of the legs and frames and left a stain on my patio. Thank you! Now the umbrella. The second day I had this up, not particularly windy, but a small gust picked up the umbrella threw it on my pool fence damaging the track and tearing the material. When it was delivered the delivery guy told me to get pea gravel to fill the base which I did, later I read that I was supposed to use sand as it would rain moisture and increase the weight over time. Well guess what AV DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING! They wouldn't replace it they wouldn't fix it, NOTHING! Even tho they had given me wrong instruction on what to use when filling it up. Same with the patio furniture... Nothing Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

Ruben and Cris(tian) were excellent. There truck couldnt fit the turn into the alley, but they were totally solutions oriented and just carried the sofa + recliner the entire alley and up two floors. They also put littles plastic bags over their shoes. Very fast and clean.

I purchased this breakfast table on July. I Have Started to use it since Aug. After one month later, it started to peel the top layer of the table. So annoyed. Seems like the product is incompleted.. junk. Price is reasonable ( not cheap)but the product is useless.. Artvan how are you guys sell this junk to customer? I requested to refund this junk or exchange to another product. But they did not responded to me. Just sent me technicians to repair the table. I don’t understand why i have to keep this junk..

I bought a table from ART VAN I love about two years ago They sold me on a wood cleaning kit. Which is the only thing we use to wipe down the kitchen table. The finish started lifting and called a technician came out and said it was caused from water. I showed him the product which was there’s and they refuse to replace. I will never buy another stick of furniture from them unless this gets taken care of. They need to stand behind their furniture and their cleaning product!!!

I don’t even know where to start. It was an absolute nightmare just getting the couch paid for and delivered to my house. The people alone in customer service at the actual store are awful and don’t communicate well with customers. Figuring out payment methods and what exactly was needed was just ridiculous. We finally get to the point where the couch can be delivered, we were promised one day and then had to reschedule a couple times because of time management mistakes on their end. The movers were great, and they are quick. Very polite and gentle with the house. Fast forward... my couch was delivered with the wrong cushion. My couch was delivered the week before 8/17/19. I called and had service member come out to assess the couch and he came up with the same conclusion I had, it was indeed the wrong cushion. He ordered me a new one and promised it would be here 3-6 weeks later and I would receive a call to give me an update and set up a delivery time. I called to confirm everything was ordered on 8/21/19 and the costumer service rep told me it had. I am unable to sit on one end of my couch because it is constantly sliding around and there are always gaps between cushions and so far I can’t stand this couch. I’ve spent a couple thousand on a couch that I can’t stand to sit on! Ridiculous! It’s 10/21/19 and STILL NO CALL! I have been trying to call customer service the last two weeks, but between their ridiculous hours and my work schedule I can’t get ahold of anyone. I finally take the morning to call (10/21/19) and they proceed to tell me the cushion wasn’t even ordered until 8/26/19! And they have no clue where the cushion even is at this point. It is 10 FLIPPING WEEKS and STILL no sign of my cushion! I am so fed up and I wish I could send this couch back, but the fee to do so is outrageous. I would give 0 starts if I could. Please, spare your piece of mind and shop somewhere else. This is my first time purchasing a big piece of furniture like this and I will NEVER go back here. When I have spent this much money on a couch and it’s delivered with the wrong cushion I expect a new cushion in a timely matter. Especially when a time is promised. I purchased this couch in Shelby Township, just off of Hall Road in Michigan.

I would give Art Van zero Stars if I could. We had ordered a chair and drove an hour and 15 minutes to pick it up. They had ordered the wrong chair. So they told us the following Thursday they would be up in our area and deliver the right chair. However the following Thursday came and the delivery people brought the chair in and tried to put it together only to find that it was made wrong and would not fit together as it should have been. It was defective. So they told us they would deliver a new chair the following Thursday however when that chair came it was defective also the frame was broke and it was crooked. So they said they would deliver the following Thursday a new chair. By this time I'm upset. But agreed to let them try one last time. So they came this last Thursday. Only to have the two delivery drivers drop the chair on their way in the house and rip it. Not only that but the reclining part of the chair would not come back up when you put it down you had to manually go around to the back of the chair and push it forward which you should not have to do. So they left the chair and I called Art Van and told them I'm done they need to pick their chair up and I'm not purchasing it. So they set it up for the following Thursday to pick it up. I let them know that day that it would have to be before noon because I had appointments scheduled in the afternoon and I've already canceled appointment the past 3 Thursdays because of their mistakes and I'm not going to cancel my scheduled appointments again. I called two days ago on Tuesday to make sure that they knew that it was to be before noon. So today Wednesday the day before delivery we get a text saying they will be here between noon and 3 p.m.. very incompetent lost all hope in anything to do with art van furniture!

I have always disliked our local ART VAN store. Only went in if I had exhausted all other furniture options. I stopped in yesterday looking for an armoire/cabinet. First of all the sales people didn’t attack the second I entered. The whole feeling of the store had changed. It didn’t feel like a bargain barn. The merchandise was calmly and pleasingly arranged. The general quality of the merchandise has greatly improved. I took my time and found a couple of possibilities. Then I had the ALLELUIA moment. Found a very nice consultant, BILL KUPSKI. He was very helpful, polite, and appreciative.

They are very stupid. The salesperson makes a promis and at delivery time, 2 men show up and disbute everything saleperson promis. When I called the store, they just they are sorry and there is nothing they an do. I wonder how they do business?.
