I was worried about buying from Art Van because of reviews, but my mother-in-law had such a good experience with salesman—Noubar Hawe at the location in St Charles, I decided to make a day of it and drive two hours to give it a try. While there were defects in the pieces that I got delivered, Noubar went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and things were redelivered. Thing is, stuff happens, defects happens, and yes, it can be inconvenient, but not only was the price right, I will go anywhere for good customer service. THAT is priceless. Noubar, and Barbara, who coordinated deliveries, and even the delivery guys, were so kind—and, I love my new furniture.

Bought a new bed set was really happy that the setup was done early in the morning. Tied sleeping on it after slept like a new born baby . This is the second purchase I've made from them they have excellent prices and quality products.
