Communication seems to be a problem.No problem purchasing off the website,but when you email them....no response. No response to multiple emails. This has happened to me twice over a 2 year period.

Waited 3 months for an order that did not arrive, as I need the filters for my filter and they promised stock was back in without issues I ordered again this time the filters arrived within a week but they’re saying there’s an issue with delivering the descaling kit without any time guarantee. The company is an absolute joke, the product itself is amazing but the UK brand is absolutely awful. If I could go back in time I would have gone with another company, absolutely rubbish

I ordered two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Customer service has not been helpful and the second time I reached out about canceling my order due to the order still not being shipped (even though they said it would) has been met with silence.

I got the AquaTru Carafe model Aug 2024. I wanted a reverse osmosis machine that didn't take up a lot of space. The unit arrived in a few days. Simple setup in minutes. I did read the instructions which were easy to follow. I didn't want to write a review until I had the unit for a while. So far it's working great. Water tastes amazing. No problems. I'm drinking water more than ever. When the Filter Replacement indicator light came on, I got another filter, and everything continued just fine. I noticed the Amazon reviews are very good. Not sure why the ones on this site are so poor. I think the company is making excellent products. I got a 2nd Carafe to give as a gift.

My order is 2 months late and still no idea when it will arrive... Beyond pathetic. No updates. Disgusting.

I ordered the counter top filter 2 weeks ago. The £464 left my account immediately. For 2 weeks there has been no confirmation email for the order and I have contacted AquaTru by email, phone, WhatsApp to find our what's going on. I now want my money back because how can I trust a company with such bad customer service? If the product arrives faulty I'm sure they're not going to do anything about it. Such a waste of time and money.

This company has no customer focus at all, avoid at all costs , I placed an order with them on the Uk website on 27 nov, please note all contacts are in Netherlands , they took my money £405 straight away and as of today I still have no unit and indeed no idea of delivery and they still have my cash . I have emailed and got a message to say delivery would be 7-10 days but no items or despatch notice yet received . I have called them and sent many message , they say my order was placed with UK distributor called Aquatru Uk so is same product , same name but not their problem apparently . Avoid at all costs would be my advice and order another product from a company who really is focused on the customer. I will come back and update the review if any progress at all

I have bought Aquatru Carafe. It's been a week and the base unit as already started leaking water. Customer service is not responding to my calls. I wish I had seen the comments here before buying a product from them.
