I strongly advice that you do not buy this product. Just after a year the product began to default. Nothing to do about it other than sending it in, pay for it, both shipping and repair, and then hope for the best. I think not.

UPDATE: Although the CS of this company is terrible, we have now been using the filter for a bit and I can truly say, this thing does what it says on the tin. The water is clean, tastes crisp and we love it. Just be aware you will have a large amount of "waste water" but we use that to water the plants. I did a lot of research before deciding to buy and still decided to ignore the bad TrustPilot reviews I ordered AquaTru classic, with a tray and a bottle of Minerals. now not a day after ordering I received a message that the minerals are out of stock and I wont get my order till January. Now, I don't necessary need the minerals so I contacted the company to ask them to ship my water filter without the minerals.. and this is where you realise they really dont care. 1-phone lines and Whatsapp shut down over black Friday weekend. when you email them you get a response from an agent, but only to let you know, you will get your order eventually, not reading the request.. not engaging with you just a standard template. and if you look on the website they are still pushing products hard with discounts.. knowing they can not fulfil the orders till 2025.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and their approach to customer service. Despite following every single instruction they provided to resolve the issue with my AquaTru system, the problem persists. I spent a considerable amount of money on this product, including purchasing additional filters for two years in advance, yet I’m left with a malfunctioning device and no real support from the company. Instead, they expect me to cover the shipping costs to return the defective filter for inspection under warranty. And judging by their tone, it seems like they'll blame the issue on me rather than standing behind their product. This is not how a company that values its customers should operate. I cannot recommend their products or service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and wasted money.

I received my Aquatru Carafe Reverse Osmosis in early July. It was not able to up-take water within 4 months and was a total fail. Company could care less. This company was recommended by Sayer Ji of Greenmedinfo. He should get out of the recommendation business. I live in AZ where there is hard water, that's one of the reasons why I bought this portable device. They will sell you a product they know will fail. This is a California Company. Do I need to say more?

Horrible customer service and a slightly confusing website, especially when ordering filters. The machine seems to work great so far, but I would not recommend it to anyone in my circle. Customer service is just as important as the product itself. Ps. I received the incorrect filters, and I had to pay MYSELF to send it back. This has been going on for more than a week now lol

Appalling customer service. I ordered some new filters and scaling packs to use on my machine. Filtering water took forever and started to produce heated water which was really strange. I reported this and asked for a machine after doing several troubleshooting things which didn’t work and they refused to offer me a replacement.

I am writing to thank people for their honest reviews based on their experience. I have spent many hours reviewing water purifiers for all the things I needed to have removed in water. Had decided on this Company. Needed 5 water purifiers - one is a considerable purchase! But too nervous about Customer Services to now purchase for myself, work and family! Research begins all over again! Gratitude for your Reviews and so sorry about your after sales service!

Order AU5254 - Defective Product and No Customer Support I ordered a water machine (Order AU5254) from the European office, and the entire experience has been deeply frustrating. Upon receiving the machine, it became clear that it was faulty. The Alkaline VOC filter didn’t work properly, and the water was undrinkable as a result. I reached out to customer service immediately, explaining the situation and requesting a refund, they responded to me initially after raising my concerns they have not come back with a response. It’s incredibly disappointing that a company would sell a defective product and then completely ignore the customer when an issue is raised. What’s even worse is that under European consumer law, I’m entitled to a refund: The Consumer Rights Directive allows for returns within 14 days of a distance sale, even if the item has been opened for inspection. The Consumer Guarantees Directive (1999/44/EC) states that goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, which this product clearly is not. Despite these legal protections, the company has refused to respond to my messages or acknowledge their obligation to refund faulty goods. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the service from this company. I hope they take responsibility for this situation and honor my rights as a consumer, but as of now, I’ve heard nothing.
