The service rep was helpful and knowlegable. We recieved the parts and all is working well

Easy to order. Got here quickly. Great water!

Love this system the taste of the water is so clean and pure. I drink a lot more water. It's easy to refill and it's always on hand. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a countertop water system.

Makes my water that used to taste awful due to all the chemicals they add at the city works water plant, taste like fresh spring water. I love this unit and wish i would have gotten one sooner.

The ease of obtaining & knowing our water is clean - and remineralized - is most valuable!

At first I was questioning the taste of the water. Perhaps it just took longer than 4 cycles to flush out the filters. After a few days, the water tasted amazing. I'm so happy we don't have to buy 4 gallons of water at the store every week anymore. I love the size of the unit as well. We have a small kitchen and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. We also don't need to leave it plugged in; we just plug it in when we want to filter a new carafe of water.

I do love it. Very easy to not buy bottled water again, especially with purchasing another glass pitcher.

We love the aquatrue filter. It was the best investment 🥰
