The filter last a fraction of what is advertised and the company is difficult to deal with and will not refund any purchases without a restock fee.

Horrible customer service service. App is down, called 4 times; no one be has helped. So frustrating!!!!

Not Great. I bought a RO system from Aquatru around 2 months ago, after about 30 days I got in touch with them as the taste was very poor. A guest described it as tasting like pond water. I assumed the filter was not functioning as intended. When I got in touch with customer services they suggested i could purchase a new filter at a discounted price. This was confusing as if the filter was faulty (given it was a month old) it should have been replaced free or charge, or perhaps as I suspect the filter isn't faulty this is just how the water tastes. Either way very disappointed. I now have an expensive ornament. I would suggest potential customer avoid any company who doesn't stand behind their product. Sadly Aquatru appear to be one of those companies.

Ordered a product they didn’t have in stock (with no warning), got zero updates after purchase, and only after I reached out (2 weeks later) did they admit the delay without an apology or explanation. I offered a fair resolution, but they canceled my order without consent — no apology, just a silent refund. Completely unprofessional.

Very happy with the water quality while it was working. It now hasn’t been working for at least a month and trying to sort it out seems impossible as I can only contact them through email then the contact I have sends that to the technical department and they keep coming back with further things to try but there is at least 2 to 4 days in between I would not recommend anyone buy this product

Disappointed After 3 Years – Poor Customer Support I purchased this water filtration system three years ago, and given the high cost, I expected both quality and reliable support. I followed all maintenance instructions carefully over the years. Unfortunately, the system recently stopped working completely. I reached out to customer service for help and spent over a week trying to resolve the issue via their online chat. Despite my efforts and multiple conversations, no real assistance was provided. I was passed around, given vague responses, and left without a working system or any clear solution. For the price and the promises made, I expected much better customer service. Sadly, I cannot recommend this product given the lack of support when things go wrong.

Have had my counter top a total of 6 months and have followed step by step directions on how to descal and replace all filters and after replacing my machine stop working! Iv called multiple times trying to get help or a replacement and customer service has yet to help me at all! They have put me off several times telling me to keep buying and descaling my unit. Enough is enough I want my money back! This system is too expensive to just have and use for 6 months! Very very disappointed in this company!!
