Reps are very nice and accommodating when they attempt to sell you the purifier; however, you won't want to deal with them down the road, and especially when you have a problem. Customer service is the worst. They lie and deceive. One of the filter indicator lights on the carafe unit I purchased came on way too early. According to the rep, units sold at that time had this particular defect (a fact they neglected to tell me at the time of purchase). The unit has a 1 year warranty to repair or replace against defects. Nevertheless, I got the runaround when I called them telling me that I probably filtered more water than necessary, etc. etc... the usual song and dance. Mind you, I'm just one person, how much can I use? Then I was asked to just hit reset and the light would turn off. What a genius idea, I should have thought of that and problem solved... lol The lies did not end there. On Dec. 2nd, I ordered the other filter. Did not hear anything for a few days. After a call, an email indicating it was shipped the same day with the tracking #, yet nothing on the USPS site. The story was that USPS was too busy and had not had the chance to scan the item. - A couple of days later: Rep: "It was shipped on the 3rd" - A few days later, still nothing on USPS site: Rep: "Oh, it is still in our warehouse" Me: "So you've been lying all this time" Rep: "No ma'am, I'm... the filter is in our warehouse" Need I say more...
