AquaTruReviews of aquatru.com

I guess I never realized how contaminated our water is. I would use the water that comes through the filter in the refrigerator. The first time I used the Aqua Tru for my coffee and an ice cube tray. The coffee tasted so much better and the ice cubes were like crystal clear.Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Never received it.

Came on time. Wonderful product with great instructions… easy to set up. It is SO nice not to have bottled water!!!

The tank that holds the water to be purified doesn't purify all of the water that you use to fill the carafe. So you end up throwing out or attempting to recycle the unused portion. For $400. No way. This is bad for the environment. I sent it back and am now looking for a more efficient and environmentally conscious product. The purified water itself was fine but the environmental impact and waste made this a poor choice for me and my family. Say NO!!

I ordered the Carafe water filter from AquaTru, plus an extra carafe and the roller base to make storing the filter on a kitchen counter under a cabinet easy. I am so glad I got all three things. The filtered water is delicious and it is getting all of us to drink more water. We also use it for the dog water bowl refills, and in our coffee maker. So we are cycling between carafe refills throughout the day and evening. These are well made products by what is clearly a well run company. The online ordering process was easy, they communicated well with shipping updates, we got it quickly, and it was all well packed and easy to set up. I highly recommend the AquaTru filter, and I recommend getting it directly from the AquaTru company through their website. Their price was even $20 better than ordering it through Amazon and it arrived within a few days.

The service that I received from Fernando was outstanding. He understood my issue and quickly found a suitable solution. Because of him I feel comfortable planning to be with aquatru for the foreseeable future.

Order was delivered in good time and in perfect condition. All set up nicely and the results so far and excellent.
