My wife found your product online. We've been using the Classic Smart for about 5 years now. It's saved us plenty over buying bottled water. Changing the filters is quick and easy. Ordering parts is easy through the website. The area we live in doesn't have the best water supply. So, we use a lot of filtered water for drinking and cooking.

These units still leak water. You replace the first unit for this issue but the second unit has the same issue just not as bad. The leaking of water is a problem if you have real wood floors. I'm needing a second water filtration unit for a second home -- looking to try another brand that does not leak.

The taste of filtered water is very good, and it visually looks noticeable cleaner than the water in the tank with tap water. I believe that the chemistry does do its job, as claimed by the manufacturer, and we have a healthy water too. I like the overall design for this midsize AquaTru and its output productivity. I definitely recommend it.
