Awesome service and product !
After I finally made the decision to order the aqua true carafe. I made a decision to go without the mineralization filter one and then still researching after I changed my mind and decided to go with the mineralization filter so I was able to call in and cancel the first order and re-order. They were very helpful and making sure this would happen. Been using the product for about two weeks now been very happy with it.

I was skeptical at first because I am picky about the taste of water and wanted to make sure that the water would actually taste like bottled water. I also wanted to find a replacement for my monthly water delivery service. I definitely found my replacement! The water tastes like bottled water! Worth the price and I highly recommend if you are looking for good tasting water.

Good Water
Initially, my purified water with minerals smelled horrible. I had called over the phone and spoke with a lovely CSR, who told me this is normal because of the mineralization. Because I had a re-mineralization filter she offered to send me one without the mineralization.I cannot find it anywhere that this is normal. I want the mineralization, however I do not want nor can I drink, water that smells like rotten eggs. However, the smell of rotten eggs, dissipated over time, and I love the water. I drink refreshing water every day. I love the machine after the smell dissipated and the countertop fits and looks perfect on my counter.

One-third of the water is lost
One-third of the water is lost. It is the least sustainable. It is not filtered, so the tank has to be refilled continuously, and that one-third has to be discarded.

I had the AquaTru Carafe system for 3 years and really like the system. I love the no chemical taste of the water. The company has been reliable in answering questions and also re-ordering my filters and accessories.

I am now drinking cleaner
I am now drinking cleaner, healthier tasting water and do not need to bring home gallons of spring water to store in the basement. I am able to reduce my plastic use, also.
