I couldn't get my filters to fit. I tried many times and I called customer support every time. They were always kind, courteous and professional even when I was frustrated. They offered a zoom call to walk me through it. Glad they did. Great team of good people.

This is the 2nd unit that we have purchased that failed. Aquatru does not stand by their product. Now they are saying we should have descaled the unit once a month. Citing our area water. We have been on city water not well. Aquatru would not send filters, which they say could help to us. We have paid for 2 rounds of filters already. We will not be buying another unit. They fail after 14 months.

The machine has never worked properly from day one. The machine shuts down in between each cycle. It has to be be reset and restarted to complete the cycle on every other one. Phoned twice, followed customer service instructions, and saw no improvement in the operation of this machine. Then I was told there was no record of my phone calls. Very disappointing. Do not buy, no support from company.

It is easy to operate and carafe of water is ready in about 15 minutes. It also lets you replace important minerals that are lost in reverse osmosis. We bought 2 extra carafes to make it easy to always have water available. It is a great product. If you have Amazon Prime the filters are available very quickly,
