Thank you for the filters. I love my Aqua Tru, I use it daily.

Easy to operate. It was easy to put filters in very simple. Wish it would use the whole tank. It doesn’t completely use up the water. A fourth of a tank to be emptied. Love the glass craft! Maybe make a bigger purifier with a glass holding tank.

Still haven’t shipped and I paid 41 dollars plus tax for shipping. My mothers filter is now clogged and I will have to clear that up

I am almost completely satisfied with my product. It appears to be filtering well and performing its purpose. I contacted customer service regarding the water filtration refill container that doesn’t sit in firmly, and lid doesn’t close tightly. I sent pictures and video. I was told it was fine. I shouldn’t have to hold it in to get it to start filtering.

Wē ordered the Aqua tru under sink RO system on september 4th. I Called customer Service on September 23rd to check statis because the tracking showed it in one place for a long time. They said thats normal and to wait another 2 weeks. I called FEDEX and they said that’s not normal and they should submit a Claim. So I called them back and wasn’t hāppy with Their response. They did credit me for the shipping and eventually sent out another unit. I finally recieve the unit October 23rd I have bought several other counter units from them and had no problems. I am happy with the product itself.
