The agent was very helpful. However, she did want to sell us a new unit. We chose not to do that, but to continue to clean the appliance, she was helpful. we ended up ordering new filters. We will hang onto the unit until it no longer runs.

Company does not disclose that hard water users will have to change filters every 3 months! The descaling packets do not help at all. I had to replace the green filter. Plastic container for water is not the best. This container does not fit in properly and is leaning toward the outer side. This should had been thought much better. The glass carafe is made of thin glass which cracked and i had to buy a new one. I will not recommend this product!
