I had a great experience with the people I dealt with. They were always prompt in responding to my correspondence and tried to address my problem as soon as possible. They were also happy to explain the actions I needed to take to help them resolve the issue which I really appreciated. Finally, they were incredibly patient as it took me a bit longer to respond to their requests for more information.
