Camera continuously losing the WiFi connection. 5 meters from router, no walls no obstacles. Changed the router, same effect. Did factory reset of everything on the connection path - same.

Besteld spullen geen probleem mee. Maar de spam daarna is enorm. Vooral rond black friday. Unsubscribe is moeilijk. moet je je land en van alles opgeven. Verder geen probleem mee

I have an Aqara gen2 hub with multiple genuine aqara sensors connected which work OK. Now the genuine aqara smoke detector us a different matter. It disconnects continually throughout the day for no apparent reason. Customer service were little or NO help just giving standard switch it on and off, change battery, disconnect from hub then reconnect sort of answers none of which solved the issue. Then the ultimate final response " we are sorry we couldn't fix your problem". Oh well as long as your sorry then that's fine. So be aware if something doesn't work right your on your own.

Terrible customer service never reply to the “support” email address. Ordered a lock and it was almost 3 weeks before they processed the invoice for shipping! It has been over a month now and still has not arrived…but it is in transit! I hope their product is better than their service..we will see
