I ordered an oven sensor on September 26, 2020 and received it on October 3rd I was told shipping would be 3 to 9 days and it took 7. very pleased Will use them again If needed No they’re not a scam

Get a lawyer before taking this gamble. They lie and steal. You will receive a box of shattered plastic claiming to be you product then they deny your return. Company should be dismantled and closed.

Ordered part, paid for it and it never arrived. Have sent multiple emails and nada. Do not order from them-very shiesty.

I will admit, I was a bit nervous about ordering from this company based on all the reviews posted here but supporting a US based company was worth the risk. I also made an assumption the company is operating with a limited staff due to the ongoing pandemic and I did not select/expect rushed service. I placed my order online and received the correct part in 10 days.

Do not purchase anything from these guys they donot care one bit about you they failed to include my street address when shipped now they are telling me it’s my problem it was returned to them try getting ahold of someone even an operator the employees don’t seem to care one bit if they help you or not. Oh they had my street address to take my money what a poorly run business

I order a part the moment I ordered I call to cancel they didn't answer they send the part that it docent fit I have to pay the return the part was 45.00 dlls shipping 12.00 and to return it cost me 39.50 If you try to call there is no answer no wonder it has so bad reviews pl

Charged my card, nothing shipped, zero communication, doesnt answer phone, doesnt answer emails. I dont know the company even exists... dont deal with them.

This is a sorry company!!! I spoke to Robert at 513-386-7588. We paid for two day when I am now finding out that the part won't be in until 2 more days. After reading other comment this is not the first time they scammed people! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THEM!!!!!
