The part I ordered failed in 2 DAYS and my refund was denied. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid this company. I cannot recommend them at all.

Ordered parts, paid thru Paypal. They got paid And I never received an order confirmation. Emailed their customer services three time and called and left a message. Haven't gotten my items or a reply.

Ordered a small 4"x8" control panel for my dryer. Paid in full plus an additional $20 for next day delivery (20 miles away). Not only did I NOT get it the next day, I was sent a ransom email while I was waiting for the part to show up, stating that I needed to pay an additional $60 for shipping (USPS O/N shipping rate per usps.com showed $27 while FedEx.com showed $10 for the overnight delivery within the same city). So the company had hundreds of my dollars, and refused to ship my part until I paid the additional ransom. Of course, they offered a refund option, where I could get my money back in 3 TO 5 DAYS! Yeah, except I needed that money to buy the part I still needed.. so I was supposed to wait for 3-5 days to be able to order the part that they sold me that should have been delivered that day. Come on. Maybe someone would pay the $60. I'm not the one. Filed formal complaint through BBB.

What a ripoff. I paid and they don’t have my part in stock even when it said it was when i hit the buy it now. 3 weeks later and I’m biting the bit to get my money back. This should be criminal. They don’t answer the phones or return messages.

Ordered a product that it is supposed to be in stock over two weeks ago. It still has not been placed in the mail much less received. Sent an email received zero response. Tried to call and absolutely no one answers the phone. First and last time they will ever get my business. Would have given them a zero if that were an option because they have zero customer service coupled with exhorbitant shipping fees. Worst ever.

Wrong parts and when you go to return it the return shipping is half the cost of the part. Stay away unless you are certain you have the correct part. RA 445969 Peter K

I ordered a part for my dishwasher, paid for it. @days later I was informed the part is on backorder. Sent them an immediate email telling them to cancel the order! @ days later I get another email telling me the item has shipped. I try contacting them again with NO success. Have tried to contact them many times with no resolution. The part finally arrives 4 weeks after ordering. I contact them again to request a return and refund. They sent me the label to return but THEY will determine how much refund I receive after they take out the shipping which should NOT have happened and of course the restocking fee! NOPE not sending it back for them to make money on me yet again. Will try to sell it myself! NEVER AGAIN....buyer beware!

I should have read the reviews first. I ordered a new icemaker from this place and I received a broken used one 2 weeks later. Physically broken with pieces in the box. I've received no response from the email I sent with pictures and description and no answer to phone calls. I have been relieved of $127.00.
