Appliance Parts 365Reviews of applianceparts365.com

ordered online. I understand they are working with a skeleton crew so didn't try to do phone order. had the info ahead of time so i knew the part I needed. paid for 2 day shipping, came right on time. will definitely be ordering again.

I am giving them 4 stars in good faith, i will be honest the almost month of dealing with this headache ended by finally finding a number to call and someone to speak to. Ask for Nick 513-386-7588 he has the answers and is new so take it easy on him. Had my part the next day after speaking to him. I believe corona played a big part in their lack of organization.

Broken part 90 days of use. I have filled out the product return request twice and left them more than three emails to their direct customer service email, no response. Thank goodness I did not wait for this to be fixed by Applianceparts365, I would be washing clothes by hand or I would have had to purchase another washer.

First their phone system doesn't work so you can't speak to anyone then they don't reply to your emails about not receiving your order. Thankfully I saved my emails and contacted my credit card company to get a refund. I placed my order on July 4th and as of July 23 I still don't know where the order is. I wish I had read all their reviews beforehand to see that almost everyone has had the same experience within the last few months. When a company has so many negative reviews you know its a company that you too will come to regret doing business with.

I ordered two parts for my stove online on May 3, 2020 using my VISA card. The parts were scheduled to arrive in 7 to 14 days. After the shipment didn’t arrive in 14 days, I called Appliance 365 and they keep you on hold for 15 mins and just dropped the call. That forced me to email them and they responded by asking me if I still wanted the two parts that I ordered. I said yes. After another two weeks (June 3 2020), I emailed again and Appliance Parts 365 stated that the part was on back order. I requested a refund on June 20 2020 but never got a response from Appliance Parts 365. On June 27 2020, I opened up a dispute via PayPal online dispute system where I requested a refund. I was issued a refund on July 17 which was placed back on my VISA card. Thank you PayPal and please don’t use Appliance Parts 365 out of Cincinnati, OH.

I ordered a fairly heavy part that was packed in an envelope. So naturally it was severely damaged on arrival. They offered to send a replacement and 8 days later still nothing. I asked for a tracking number. No reply. I would never use them again.

I beg you, if you want your part, find it ANY other way. They don't send it out, they ABSOLUTELY do not reply to emails or their contact email through their website, and their phone number puts you on hold, then hangs up on you after about 5.5 minutes of being on hold. Every. Time. No intention of answering. Clearly ran by extremely lazy sloths (I've had it with this joke of a "business"). DON'T DO IT. Get it on Ebay, another site, or locally, ANYWHERE BUT Appliance 365. They take your money and sit there while you think you're going to receive what you ordered. ZERO STARS.

Parts came in damaged. Can not get anyone in cust. services. no real people. They don't return calls.
