Horrible service! I ordered a replacement bin for the door of my refrigerator on 10/7. It is now 10/24 and the order status still says, "Processing". I sent and email last week - no response. This morning I called and waited on hold until the automated lady said, "All representatives are still busy. At the sound of the tone, please leave your message and then you may hang up or press # for more options. I pressed # and then, 4 for "Urgent" and she said, Your message has been marked as "urgent". I don't expect a retrun call. I will NEVER order from these people again!

Great unless you want to return the wrong item that they sent me. I was charged 3 times for shipping too. Once to send it, once to return it and once to resend the right item. Not even an apology. I waited a month and a half to get things straight. I asked them to send the item the second time over night.... they didn't. I asked them to refund my shipping... they didn't. Awful service and people who do not read are the only folks working there.

Have now sent 2 Return Authorization requests and emailed, per their website’s instructions and heard NOTHING. It’s now been a month, so I assume this is a tactic so they can say the window for returns has closed.

I ordered a thermometer for a range from this organization because the delivery time quoted was a month earlier than other options. I did not get the part for a month anyway, so that was highly inconvenient. Getting the part installed and finding that it was not the issue was another set back and after the 30 day return policy. They would not take the part back ($150.00) and I ended up purchasing a replacement appliance.

How horrible can a company be? Order placed on 10/1 and paid for Express S&H. On 10/12 I submitted an inquiry about the status on their online form. NO RESPONSE. On 10/14 I used the live chat on their site and was told due to an error my part would ship out tomorrow (10/15). The agent would not refund the extra I paid for EXPRESS S&H nor upgrade it to overnight. customer service 101... You lose customers when you do not make efforts to correct problems your company has caused. You gain customer loyalty when after making a mistake you make extra efforts to resolve the situation.

Do not order from here. They are not truthful about delivery times and don't know when the product will arrive

Shipped wrong part. Refused to issue an RMA. Customer support did not pick up the phone after lengthy waits - they disconnected me instead.

I should’ve looked up reviews on this website. I ordered a part on September 21st and it is now October 8th the item still hasn’t shown up. They have no problem with taking my money.. zero communication with no tracking unless you create an account with them supposedly. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
