Ordered 3 parts, Got charged for all 3. 1 of the 3 parts has arrived. No info on the other 2 parts. It is impossible to get these guys on the phone. After you hold to talk to someone, you get sent to leave a voicemail. They are not awesome at returning calls. I spent hours trying to talk to a company that already has my money. About to do a stop payment at my bank.

Ordered part for refrigerator website said in stock. 3 weeks later order on site says not shipped. They charged me sure enough. Only way to contact is email. I got an email from them asking if I had received my part. Went on website still says not shipped. 4th week wrote them and told them If they can't ship by next day to cancel the order. I finally get a response saying they canceled and part was on backorder. Why not say that on the website instead of in stock. Terrible business. Told me I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Tomorrow is day 5. From all the reviews I have a feeling I will have to open a fraud case.

Ordering was quick and easy. I am glad that I didn’t read the reviews as I would have not ordered. I received a shipping notice and a tracking number. I ordered it on Friday and I had the shipping notification on Monday. Price was very comparative and got the parts quickly. The part was exactly what I ordered and works great.
