Finally received part, not a new part, wrong part number. You can't talk to anyone to get a refund or to ship it back. What a disaster! Please don't order from here, you might as well burn your money. Should have ordered part from another site. I am thinking this is not a legitimate site. They wont answer their phones or emails. Site said they have all these facebook followers, I cant find a facebook page. Drafted my account 7 days ago with nothing from them but a order confirmation that doesnt look real.

I ordered the part Wednesday and paid extra for FedEx-2 Day. I received the part the following Tuesday.

My appliance repair guy Doug came out and said, "yep its the valve". He contacted his parts warehouse and it was backordered until November. I asked if I could find the part on line would they install it. He said yes but since water is involved it has to be an OEM part. I used the chat feature and confirmed that the part they offered was OEM. I had it 9 days later ((by choice I was going out of town). He is scheduled today at noon to install.

Well crap I should of looked at reviews before I went and tried to buy anything from these A$$ holes! Ordered my part they drafted the money and then right after told me the part was on back order even though the web site said the part was available. I quickly cancelled my order got confirmation of that but the money has not yet been returned after 10 days and 3 voice mails. Stay the hell away from these people they are crooks.

Was unable to give zero stars!!! CHECK BBB , I wish they were local (to me). WARNING!!!WARNING!!!WARNING!!! Save yourself, and check BBB, it only takes a few minutes.
